Fast friendly service . Since I’m from out of town an effort was made to make it so I didn’t have to wait too long to get my trailer back .

Great staff and environment. Unfortunately, we could not get any specifics on the Grech Strada Ion we picked up. Deanna was great at a generic overview and I appreciated her willingness to say”I don’t know” and go ask the technician.
However, it would have been really nice to get an overview of the vehicle with in depth knowledge who could answer our questions on the battery system in the vehicle.

Joseph was a great salesman. He was new but answered all our questions. Chuck in finance gave us all the information on additional coverage to protect everything without being pushing. Mark walked us through everything on pickup day and offered great advice on products that would be necessary as opposed to strictly cosmetic items.

I like and appreciate the changes that have been implemented in the culture at General RV. From the scheduling of service to drop off, prompt communication and pick up all phases of the process were exceptional. We have been General RV customers since 2008 and have been loyal customers since. Our most recent visit met and exceeded all expectations, everyone was polite ensuring we were taken care of and the service advisor was through in the repairs and expectations on both ends from delivery to pick up.

General RV has a full team of knowledgeable, friendly, and professional associates. They have always gone above and beyond to be helpful.

Once we finalized the purchase and came to pickup the unit we were extremely impressed with Lisa who keep everything moving and coordinated. The Finance people were great too! We also had a few items that need correction and the service department were on top of it and made the adjustments. Great service and a great team of people.

The best measure of an organization in my opinion is how problems are resolved. Mistakes and issues are bound to happen. How they are corrected and handled are the best metric by which to rate a business. Had a couple of issues about what was agreed upon but General RV took care of everything as discussed. EVERY single person I encountered was awesome! From the young ladies that greet you at the door through sales all they way through the mechanic and delivery: EVERYONE was excellent. I applaud that level of service. Thank you all!!!!

My last visit was to winterize my RV trailer. I had an appointment and had service person a signed to me and she helped me through process and I added a repair which was repaired in the same timeframe.

very good experience with ordering parts for my Coleman. Mike at the parts desk was awesome and helped me find the screens that fit perfectly.
