We have bought all our campers from you except for one back in the early 80s. The only part of your business right now that I am not liking is the service department. Getting an appointment and getting your camper fixed is taking way too long. You make an appointment you bring it in And then it sits for weeks. Rumor has it you have been having trouble keeping good mechanics. The turnover with your employees is also a problem. Once we got to know the ones that took care of our camper. Well they were let go. You need to give some incentive to employees to stay. If you get more good employees, they wouldn’t have to work as many hours. People do have families and they need to be able to have a work life as well as a family life. Some of your recent employees that we were close with we’re trying to have a family and we’re unable to due to the amount of hours they had to work. Needless to say they left and found other employment where family came first.
Stuff gets done pretty quick once you had the check in hand from insurance co.

Everyone is so nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is calm and free of stress. Most seem happy and that energy is reflected towards us as customers.
The response time and service level have been excellent.

ERG expensive and nothing was covered under our coach warranty we purchased when we bout the rig. Not sure the warranty was even worth it. 2021 HR and it cost 1100 to get it road worthy this year :-(

We were traveling far from home. We stopped due to the sign on the interstate. Thankfully we did. Even though the Service Department was very busy, they fixed our problem with exceptional professionalism. We were able to travel on safely thanks to the service received.

Great service, very helpful
This review is for General RV Richmond ONLY. After being poorly treated by the dealership in Ocala, FL, the folks at the Richmond store stepped up to try to make things as right as they could with the unit that I purchased in Florida. Mike Condra, Brian Kelley, Ben Christian and especially Shana Fowler really tried hard to fix some of the issues that Ocala did not deal with.
There were a couple of other guys that helped out as well but I unfortunately cannot remember their names.
