General RV Mt. Clemens needs to review their prices and service turnaround times as they are outrageous.
1 - 3 hours to winterize our RV makes no sense
2 - Charging over $300 is outrageous. Last year at Winona the charge was less than $200. Charging extra because we have a tankless hot water again makes no sense
3 - Charging $1,600 for a Lithium battery when we were able to purchase one for $800 and able to have some install it for $100 when you wanted to charge $250
4 - We asked that some look at the falling off molding (camper less than 1 year old) over the dinette table never happened

The service department was great.They helped us to figure out the problem we were having. everyone so nice, patient kind and knowledgeable.
During my recent repair and body work on my 2018 Tiffan Allegro, Trevor worked to have my repairs completed in the best time possible. Trevor kept me informed on a weekly basis. I would return to General RV with any future work or purchases.

The service staff has been very different from what we were used to from other RV service centers. Memo kept us updated throughout the process and I’m happy that this location will be our Omni’s place for future service visits.
Jeff took the time to show us several RV’s even though we didn’t buy anything. He tried his best to find us something that we liked but we are too old to spend that much money on something we wouldn’t be able drive for very long.
