I liked General RV's Communication during the buying process, thanks to Jack and Todd, including the service received during the delivery of our class B, thanks to Craig. The how to use and inspection of our new Class B was a thorough process in the delivery which was given to us by an expert and being new to class B we greatly appreciated the attention to detail.

The day of delivery experience went very smooth and quick. We appreciate the time they spent with us going over the camper with us. Everyone was very friendly and introduced their self and to others. We had a great experience and highly recommend purchasing a camper through General RV of Tampa.

Customer service was extremely important. The employees all worked well together to make the process of buying and the delivering of the motorhome successful.
Check in was easy. I wanted to speak to the person that was going to work on my motorhome and they made arrangements for that to happen. Notice came when the service was done and help was provided when I paid and picked up the motorhome.
Over all a good experience. I also enjoyed a soft drink that was provided.
