Very helpful and fair pricing. We are RVer’s for 6 years and dealt with a different dealer for 4 different rv’s. This other dealer were not as helpful even after all those purchases. Our friends who have bought several rv’s from General suggested we talk to Laura Robertson at the Ft.Pierce store. We did and the GM Robert and Asst GM Don were helpful in our purchase. Laura is certainly a great asset to General. And Robert and Don could teach a class to other managers from that other store on how to not only sell a rv but more importantly customer service. Jim and Terry from Delivery helped tremendously on delivery day. We live 140 miles away and needed to complete the closing and then transfer our personal belongings from the trade-in to our new rv.
I will certainly recommend General RV to friends and family.

We were in another state to get a major problem fixed with insurance we purchased when we purchased in 2021. It took a week for parts but we’re allowed to stay on site during the fix. We were happy with the experience.
