Went in for a minor recall notice on a water line which General RV took care of in about an hour. Easy in and easy out.
We had a fight with our insurance company over the roof of our camper general RV. Brownstown went to bat for us so our insurance ended up paying for all of it even though they didn't really want to as they said it was a maintenance issue and it wasn't something hit our camper roof in a storm and when general RV started to repair a roof they found more damage. Turned it into the insurance and they paid for that too We would like to say thank you to Chad. You did a great job and stood by us
