Your general managers are old school they understand people and the business . you can drown all your millennials of course there’s always exceptions. if Mike and Chris didn’t have to spend their time fixing everyone else’s mistakes, they might be able to spend their time teaching the boys how to be men. Mike and Chris are excellent soldiers, they are the only reason I would suggest anybody to go to your company

We were very impressed with our walk-through. Adam was very knowledgeable about our 310GK, and even gave suggestions on things to watch out for.

I’m a new camper owner , bought a new camper, and have had a few minor problems with it so far , and they have been able to resolve the problems , they are friendly and courteous and helpful , it does take a bit of time to get a repair repaired, but I don’t know the behind the scene stuff, such as getting parts or a warranty ok or manpower to do the labor, but all in all so far, so good

Chris in finance worked very hard to get me the price I was comfortable with on our trailer. Our original salesman Marvin from Ohio(We won’t hold that against him) was outstanding as well. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy in any way. He knew what we wanted and worked with us to help us get our new camper. Bill in service was also very helpful in our walk through. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to show me everything I needed to know. I can only hope that going forward if any issues arrive that the service department treats me as well as your sales team has.

The winterization of my trailer was done quickly and well. The woman who wrote up my order was very friendly and attentive.
