We have been very Happy with our Grand Design Solitude since purchase in 2023. Last year we were in an accident in Florida. We liked the personal care we received from Richard and Derrick; and, the knowledge of both gentleman. I also liked the cleanliness of everything and the comfort of the waiting room. I was passing through on a cross country road trip and really wished I lived closer so I could come for regular maintenance. Keep up the great work!

Terry went over the entire unit from top to bottom and back to front.

Now the bad experience. The brand new unit has a stain on the coach, the table is scratched and the table boards are uneven, there is water leak in the front bedroom and leaking right inside the entry door. Now I have to bring it back for service to find and repair the water leak, then a second trip for the table repair! This is a brand new Brinkley camper and there are already issues.

Very helpful pre delivery team. Assisted us with everything we needed. All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. We were at the West Chester location in Pennsylvania.
