The people. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful. We were treated as though we were important to them. We have bought rvs from many companies, Camping World, LazyDays, Gerzeny's...but have never received the attention or courtesy we received from General RV.

The entire staff is Personable, Low Pressure, Helpful, Knowledgeable, Professional, and Genuinely interested in making sure we have the right fit and experience.

I have always had great experience with the service department. When I picked up our motorhome from winter service and storage. Al was my main contact this time as he started handling my an account last fall 2025.. Al went above and beyond when I picked up our motorhome in my opinion. He took the time with me to start the coach, run the generator, slides out and run ac to make sure everything was in working condition. Never had that before, but really appreciated the extra effort Al provided.

Kitty did a great job. The introduction program was very good.

We had a warranty issue with the Winnebago solis heater and hot water. Heather took care of everything from start to finish. Everything was fixed within a day to our satisfaction. The technician came out as well to show us what was done and answered all questions. Both of them were very professional yet friendly and accommodating. They are a credit to general RV here in Canton .

The service was very smooth and easy. The salesman along with the managers and the people who got the camper ready were all very professional appropriate and caring. Jamie and Danny were very friendly and made sure that I knew everything about the camper I was purchasing before during and after the process.

General Rv is the only game in town when it comes to RV sales and service. They have the most highly qualified service technicians anywhere and their leadership is second to none. The parts department is staffed by the most incredibly helpful people. Their service writers to a person care about you like family. The fully stocked, waiting room and unbelievably clean restrooms made me feel comfortable even when I had to wait for my unit to be worked on. The sales guys aren’t as shady as most salesman that you think of when you think of salesman. Our salesman Kyrie has been there since they opened, he’s the best.
