From the sales manager, salesman, financial planner and the service manager, everyone was very familiar with the product and accommodating with our needs and constraints in the purchase and delivery process.
the front office people (sales financing support staff) were great. however the communication betweek the other team members left something to be desired and as such caused several delays. this resulted in what should have been a 1-2 hour process into a more than 5 hour marathon. so i truly believe that this needs to be addressed. if i can be of further assistance my information is pn file.
Understandable that the lady's and upfront people direct traffic but if someone is walking in and knows where they are going you don't have to stop them...
New young kid in parts/service followed us around like a pup, personal space bro..most people come in there to get something or multiple things...they are buying something for sure...

He did a really good job and I will probably request him when I bring it back in for service cause he had a really good attitude and it he really showed that he understood what the customer wanted.

I am equally dissatisfied with sales and financing as the sold us a warranty package they said covers everything. We bought the best only to find that they outright lied to us.
