Customer Testimonials
They listened to me and stayed within my budget.
Heather was a great communicator and clear on the process for repair.
Nice and helpful people.
Manuel was very nice, he help me with everything I need.
Thanks for solving the issue I had with my 3 season glass panels.
The willingness to work with us to make the purchase possible.
The young lady who assisted me at the parts counter was pleasant, and very helpful.
Alan and Chris worked to correct the installation error of our hot water heater. However, we still have not been able to use the hot water heater and will need to contract the manufacturer since the rinse cycle still shows even after following the manufacturers directions concerning cleaning the hot water heater.
Overall it was a great experience. The issue that I have is the wait to check an RV for all of the button up items. When something is found at the last minute, then it adds stress. We had a problem found - tech thought transfer switch. We were told at our walk through (when none of the precious items that we brought up had been fixed yet). We were told the part hadn’t been ordered and we were heading out for a 4week trip. That part would have impactwd our trip tremendously since we will be off grid. I considered killing the deal at that point because that part would have been critical for off grid. We wouldn’t have had AC, microwave, or cooktop for our month trip. I asked that since the part hadn’t been ordered for them to be taken from a different palladium on lot. The customer should not have had to ask for an out of the box solution. Needless to say, that ended up not being the problem but it took many hours which I am thankful that they ran it down so very thoroughly. Extremely thankful. However, all of this could have been done the day before when the problem was found (they could have also fixed all of the little issues that were still remaining).
The experience was fantastic. Everybody from the receptionists to sales to service to finance to delivery are so well interconnected that you feel like you are the only one being waited on. Yet the place was packed with customers.
Joe Crement from sales was so patient with us. We first thought we wanted a travel trailer, then next visit we wanted to see the fifth wheel, then next visit we wanted to see the destination trailer. He prepared ahead of time making sure the RVs were ready to be walked through and made sure we had all of our questions answered and was not in any hurry to move on, even though one day he had a special night planned but still did not feel rushed. And his sense of humor is the greatest!
Mike Basso from finance was not the regular pushy type that you see at a car dealership. He was very much interested in knowing more about us and made us feel very comfortable. He presented us offers and respected our decisions to decline. It was much different than what we were expecting.
Ed Lahey was our camping specialist taking us on a 2 hour tour of the destination trailer. We felt very welcomed as we were presented with VIP badges and a “welcome to the Schmidt’s”sign as we entered the RV. We thought that was a cool touch! Also appreciated Ed being up front and telling us about the windshield being cracked without us having to discover it. We had many questions which Ed answered and ones he couldn’t answer was able to find someone who could. He made a list of things that were missing(vacuum hose) and things we saw that didn’t look quite right. Ed also took us over to meet Enoch Peterson, the service technician. Really appreciated Ed’s time.
We also met Tyler Nardone who will be working with us on delivery.
And can’t forget the receptionist’s. They are the ones you first meet and their warm smiles and quick “welcome how can I help you” really get you started in becoming comfortable with this place. One name I remember is Leslie. They have fresh cookies which they make in the kitchen at the place. Another nice touch.
I don’t think I have ever been at a dealership where the whole process went so smooth. A seamless progression from start to end. Really shows how well this team works together. We were very impressed.
Sam was very thorough! She was great! However, I didn't think there should have been any charges for checking out the warranty work on our RV!
I will be calling the manufacturer regarding the charges. I was disappointed because any warranty work should not be charged to the customer!
Great people...
Good selection, decent pricing, friendly staff
Got me in quick, team worked fast and they handled all my issues
Andy, Tammy and Stephanie were great to work with.
The knowledgeable staff and the quick service
The whole experience was top notch. From the moment that we walked in the door to delivery. My salesman was amazing and relatable. My trainer did an amazing job. Absolutely the best walk through of any new purchase in my 60 years of life. Even the finance guy did a great job! He was patient and answered every question or concern that I had.
I would highly recommend General RV at this point. Hopefully I never have to deal with warranty issues. But if I do, I would expect the service that I’ve received so far.
We had the BEST experience! We drove down from Oregon because we could not beat the price but the people there made it so much better. Wes was fantastic to work with and had us laughing the whole time. Highly recommend General RV to anyone! 100% worth the drive from any state! 10/10!
Chad was excellent
He was patient and kept me informed at all times
That was exceptional
Megan x 2 (both Meagan’s go out of their way to make sure we are cared for and pleased with our service.
My service supervisor, Dan, had listened to my concerns regarding the slide and General RV was ready to address the issues so that I could take my motorhome on the scheduled day! Hooray!
Instant service and fixing minor problems the same day.
They got our camper fixed in before our trip.
No pressure, all staff were great, walk through with David Root was excellent! A very pleasant experience
Friendly and knowledgeable. The install of a TV and bike rack went well. Other issues had to be rescheduled and they did so before we picked up. Sandy Mitchell was our advisor … very good.
Sandra is wonderful. She stayed in touch with me and kept me informed. My best RV service I have ever had.
Very helpful staff was quick and easy
Everyone was very nice, informative, and answered any question that we had. There was a lot to take in, but they took their time was us. We were even able to add a couple of extras, and they are able to install them for us. Thanks again everyone, Dan, Maria, David, Dustin!
