I was hesitant to give you a 10 but that was only based on my last visit. The delivery of my 2026 coachman was very good. I was updated throughout the day of the progress on delivery issues. Everyone I worked with made me feel like they cared.
My experience with my 2022 Thor was terrible , the motorhome had several issues and you had it longer than I did first year of ownership.
You have really improved hope it continues!

Hudson did a great job showing the rv
We pulled in from out of state and stayed in the parking area for a couple of days with electric hookup while searching for our new RV, after receiving our new one we parked it next to our old RV and switched all of our belongings into the new one. The staff treated us amazingly as they helped us transition into our new RV.
This is our second RV from General RV and are well pleased, we will be going back for our next one.

From our sales rep to the final paperwork, everyone was so helpful! Kaine was busy with another client when we returned to run numbers on an RV we were interested in, and Tyler stepped right in to help! Tyler was so patient even though we weren't his clients. Mo, who put our paperwork together went way above and beyond what I feel were his responsibilities! He was extremely helpful explaining and driving the sale forward with my best interest in hand!
Jeff the salesperson was fantastic. Showing us everything while walking through it. Came back with a fair price but found out maybe could have one better price wise at the next dealer. During the walkthrough Scott was fantastic. There was a couple little issues and there were orrected on spot very pleasant experience.and then Kevin with the financing. He made it enjoyable, signing 400 pieces of paper.

The whole process went without a problem. Work was completed on time. Didn't really like the fact that the bill was miss calculated as I was charged for tax on labor. Anthony straightened it out. Hooking up with my RV went fine and everything worked just fine.

One suggestion would be: any work done for a customer on their RV should be demonstrated to the customer prior to paying and or picking up.
I asked Madison to demonstrate how the AC works, and verify the repair to the slider...I felt that it was a slight inconvenience to pull the trailer back up to electricity. This was my first time at General RV, and from my past experience with any vendor demonstrating is so important before we pay to make sure that things are working properly. Bringing an RV back is not convenient and it leaves a bad taste in a customer's mouth if the repair or improvement is not done correctly. I did convey this to Madison and told her it would mean the world to customers if she would do this and it's another way to create loyalty. I think she appreciated that. It might take a minute or two longer in the process, but you will create a customer for life! Otherwise I did enjoy my visit and I will be back.
