I continue to be disappointed by the cost of service (in this case winterization) and the almost inexplicable delay in getting replacement parts even under warranty (specifically the fuel pump and filter for the generator). Auto dealerships can get these in days, whereas it is taking months to get these RV parts (still not received).
The interest the entire staff showed during the pickup of our new camper. Also, the walk through on the new unit by the staff. The maintenance staff also did a great job setting up our hitch for the new unit and adding a few extras we had requested during the purchase of the unit.
