My husband originally called Camping World to inquire about getting a pin box, but it couldn’t be sourced in a timely manner. We then contacted General RV in West Chester, and the parts department was amazing from start to finish.
We explained that we needed the part quickly because my husband is relocating for work, and the parts team went above and beyond to find exactly what we needed within the timeframe we had. Their communication and follow-up were excellent throughout the entire process.

Got our coach in on a timely matter to repair our full wall slide. Didn’t take them long and slide works as it should. So now we’re able to get to a Rally with our friends. Job was left clean and front office was a pleasure working with him and finishing up billing.
