Fantastic experience picking up our travel trailer!
Everyone was very courteous and communicative throughout the process.
The delivery tech took the time to make sure I understood all the features of the trailer and kept a list of my questions to which he didn’t know the answer. The open questions were answered promptly after our walk through.
A special recognition for Amber who did a phenomenal job coordinating everything.

I had a positive overall experience with General RV. I ended up purchasing both a motorhome and a camper, which I didn’t originally plan, and the team made the process comfortable.
Jason was very kind and easy to work with. Tammy on the support side was also helpful, and Tom and Sheldon in sales were both friendly and professional.
The main issue was timing. The process took much longer than expected and ended up being an all-day visit, so better expectations upfront would have helped. There were also a few issues with the trailer that I’m still working through. The team did make an effort to address everything, but some items were thought to be completed when they weren’t.
Overall, the staff was sincere and did their best, and I appreciate their effort.
Very nice employees a lot of them have campers themselves. There not just selling a product based a sales literature. They actually camp with similar trailers or aspire to one day. I wish they weren’t so critical of our trade we loved our old camper just needed more room or else we would still be camping in it this year if we hadn’t traded it in.
The salesman Mario worked with me, & didn’t pressure me. Answered my questions & explained things that I needed answers to & about. Mario was very professional, but never pressured me. I can work with a person that doesn’t pressure me. Mario gave me the time to think about what I was investing in.

Their communication was excellent. I ordered my camper. It took around 9 weeks to receive it. Jonathon Valesques always answered my questions. Tommy in F&I was excellent too. Sierra have us the walkthrough and was excellent at explaining everything.

Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Our salesman Joe Haiser was extremely friendly and treated us like family
Rick Wilson was awesome, 2 people coming in, obtaining our wants and don't wants then showing us different models, ending up buying a unit that day. Dave Peterson was awesome just the same with financing and getting us the right insurance to protect our unit. Finally, Dan Towle showed us everything we need to know about the unit. Dan answered every question that we had. The ladies greeting us and to welcome us like we were family offering water, coffee and pizza lol. All the sales staff saying hi it just was the right place at the right time for us. Great customer feel and a comfortable friendly environment with no pressure whatsoever.

Great RV. Getting all the upgrades we want with friendly, transparent service. Chris Buggs, Chris (financing) and Bryan (walk thru) were great! Second RV purchase from General. Won’t go anywhere else!
The entire staff from the Service manager, to Brandon, David, Jacob in parts treated me like Royalty! Even one of the mechanics walking to his car at the end of the day saw I had a side marker light that was off my RV that I knocked off by accident and he walked back to his tool box grabbed a spare lens he had on his tool bench and installed it for me without me even asking for assistance!
It’s obvious the culture at this store is what an owner only hopes is evident in his staff.
