Tracy kept us updated on the parts and warranty repairs on our camper

Zack Holmes was awesome at getting the parts installed on my grand Cherokee so I could flat tow it behind my new Motorhome. But the delivery was a total nightmare on my new coach. They never touched after the walk through before I paid for the coach. No paint protection or anything else was done. Sent me home without fueling it up or topping off the DEF. Came back on Friday for them to do the work and they put the paint protection on but did not do much. I spent 7 hours there with them still not feuling it up again and then spent five hours scrubbing the grout residue off the floor. They worked on the stove cover only to get glue on the counter so I would recommend the sales but I’m not real confident on the service side right now. I would rate Zack a 10 on working on my flat tow end but a 1 on the other people in service I know they were busy on the Monday I took delivery but to just park it and say there you go is not what I would think is being a good service center. I didn’t just buy a 10,000 dollar trailer so my expectations for buying a 400,000 motorhome were definitely not met. I will still use them and hopefully I get better service next time

The gentleman who walked us through all the features of our new camper was outstanding! He was extremely knowledgeable about our unit and took the time to explain everything clearly, including what to do and what to avoid. He answered our questions thoroughly and made sure we felt comfortable and confident before we left. His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience exceptional.

Even through my financial troubles, they were very willing to work with me and find a proper solution. The first trailer I was looking at was just a bit too expensive and when I said that they immediately found another one. They were very quick on turnout times and they were very easily to get a hold of a very gracious for the service that they were able to give to me these past couple of weeks.

We had a great experience at General RV. When we went in we really weren't planning on buying a new fifth wheel at that time. But after talking to the person that helped us Mikey and then the general manager Trevor they really gave us a deal that we thought we couldn't refuse. When we went to talk to the financial advisor Justin, not only do you tell us great stories but he really worked with us to get the best deal possible. From the buying experience to the closing they were extremely accommodating and helpful. This is our second RV we have bought and by far a much better experience. I highly recommend General RV.

The Richmond store was also great to work with during the pickup of our RV. Brian did an outstanding job with both our virtual and in-person walkthroughs, making sure we were comfortable with every aspect of our new RV.

Our only piece of feedback is that it took a little while for the RV to be brought around when we were ready to leave. It appeared to be a very busy day, so we completely understand, but we wanted to share that observation.

This is the third RV we've purchased from General RV, and the experience has gotten better each time. We truly appreciate everyone's hard work and outstanding customer service, and we'll definitely be back when it's time for our next RV!

My Service Rep, Chad Fuss, was very communicative and clear of the process, issues, delays, etc. While very disappointed with Brinkley and our insurance company, interacting with Chad assuage some of my frustration. Will come back here for all my service needs.
