Had a couple of warranty issues that required replacement parts being ordered and replaced. Erica Ellison kept us up to date and well informed as the entire process moved along. Took a couple of weeks in total but she texted me with updates on a regular basis.

Customer service

Matt and Justin were great to deal with, friendly and accommodating, quick to respond and made all options clear throughout the sales process without being pushy. Pricing was competitive with other dealers. Orientation to unit was thorough and team members involved were friendly. All in all, a good experience and I’d recommend to friends.

The parts department was excellent to work with. Told me when my part came in and had it ready for me upon my arrival

At the welcome desk Sybil was great. She got me checked in and in the queue for service. I then went to the Parts desk to see if the part I needed was available. Chris was excellent and the part was in stock at the store. After speaking with Chris and seeing the installation I stru toons I felt confident I could install the new condenser fan myself. Which I did with no hiccups and we could continue on our journey!

We had great experience, everyone we came in contact with was very pleasant in helping in anyway they could, we would recommend to any looking for Rv
