I liked how they did an inspection of everything
Good RV selection, good prices on the RVs. Good service with walk around and showing me how to use the RV. I'm happy with the customer service. But the prep fee is very expensive. $2500 for a used RV costing $15,000. That's a 17% markup I feel like this is a way to make extra profit on the RV. I don't mind paying a prep fee as I understand there is prep work done, but should be more reasonable.
Problem was somewhat resolved.
The entire staff was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Great selection and the salesperson listened to what we wanted and found the right coach.

Kevin and finance, Tim in sales, and Scott, who showed me all of the gadgets, we’re very patient and very kind, no pressure, sales approach was fast and gave me a fair price for my trade-in. All the ladies work there too we’re very helpful as where Kevin, Tim and Scott. It was a pleasant experience. I would do business with them again.

Although my appointment time was messed up which was not their fault. They stepped up and got everything done in a timely fashion. My RV was clean, fueled and ready to go. I appreciate that very much. There were some minor problems that needed to be repaired and that was done while I was doing the paperwork with your finance manager.

Very thoughtful for General RV to provide Chick-fil-A for lunch everyday as I had to sit in the lobby for the whole day. They provided updates throughout the day and were able to set up another appointment to handle remaining items in another month. They are very professional and get the tasks down
