The salesman listened to our request and was able to show us trailers in our requirements. Once we purchased, we were treated like special guests, they kept us in the loop of the process and we got to meet all the folks in every department whom welcomed us with the most friendly way. They explained how everything worked, who to call, and options that were available.

Brett was great to work with, he kept us informed with the progress of our camper. He also walked through the item repaired and made sure we were satisfied.

Team was good to deal with. I made the deal at the RV show in Hershey over the phone. After leaving the show I was dealing with the store in Ashland, VA and they kept me informed and helped me through the process. Since I live in North Dakota and there is nothing close to North Dakota they transferred the unit to the dealership just outside of Chicago since it was the closest one, all of this was worked out over the phone. Due to my schedule I had to fly into Chicago early Saturday morning so I could drive the 700 miles back that day and Sunday. I got to the dealership an hour ahead of my appointment and they had me walking through the unit within 5 minutes. I was on the road about 3 hours ahead of what I had planned due to a courteous and efficient team. During the leadup to the process I was very needy and worried but the team kept me calm and assured me it would all work according to plan. They were right and I have my Entegra Vision XL36C ready for some adventures. Thanks!!!!

Staff were very helpful and responsive to my questions and any concerns I had.

The general manager sales manager, Aaron was very helpful and the girl who showed us around the RV Jen very nice lady. The only problem with the RV is one shade does not work. They told us they would ship the part out to me and you’re one of your mechanics showed me how to replace the part All very helpful all in all it was a very good experience. It was a big purchase for us so I would like to say thank you to your team for being so helpful Joseph and Karen Settanni thank you.
