Nice people. Easy showing and buying process Very thorough service when picking up the camper. I would like if, right up front, to be told how much the after market items the service rep was going to tell me about. No pressure but emphasized many items. It adds a lot of cost to the bottom line. Perhaps a packet to look at prior to picking up the camper.
Would also appreciate my bottom line monthly payment with and without the extended warranty instead of hearing it during the signing process.

Speaking specifically about general RV in West Palm,
Management and staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were taking care of despite this resulting in a large cost to the general RV family. The General RV where we purchased our unit was trying to sweep the problem under the rug. We are forever grateful to the staff and management at the West Palm Beach location.
We just stop in for a problem with our water heater and was able to get it in to be looked at in a few minutes. Our service person Gina was very helpful. After Mr. Hall looked at it it was determined that a new water heater was needed. Brandon then checked and found was on hand and that the work could be done the next morning. Arrangements were made for us to stay in the service area. Service was done and we were on our way again by late afternoon. Gina, Brandon, Mr. Hall were very helpful.
Sean was very nice to work with. He kept us informed and made sure the work being completed was to a better than new standard.
Everyone we encountered was very friendly and welcoming.
The process of picking up our new RV and dropping off our trade-in was very well organized.

Shawn Robey goes the extra mile with his team to make sure our RV is always in good working order when we pick it up. This time we brought in the jeep for a blue ox issue and he was able to resolve that in a very timely manner.

Jeremy was our contact and was very professional and helpful either our warranty issues as well as assisted with our phones not hooking up to navigation
We dropped it off on a Monday for Service and they called on Wednesday and said it was complete. They did an excellent job and our service representative was Olivia and she was very professional about her job and after it was finished, she took us into our RV and went over everything with us.
I am impressed with the service I recieved from Will. I purchased a coach that was 3 years old and boy it was as if it was brand new. Will and I were able to find a problem with an awning part and it was to be scheduled for repair. This small issue was handled with grace and confidence by Will. I had no problems at all. We had a great experience. From our sales person Patrick, our finance guy ( forgot his name it began with an F), Ed did our walk through, great guy, Ron in the garage and Zak at the back counter. All great. We spent a lot of money and left smiling. That should be wrong. 🤣.

After developing an electrical problem with my 5th wheel, I called General Rv in Huntley, Illinois. I was pressed for time, but Service Advisor Ron Douglas was able to get me in the next morning. Chris, a mechanic, and Matt, a supervisor, evaluated and addressed the issue. With the help of all three, Ron, Chris, and Matt, I was back on the road in half an hour. I've been a customer of General RV for many years. The friendliness of everyone there, and the knowledge of the service dept. is why I keep coming back.
