We delivered our 3880 Volante fiver last October for yearly winterizing and some warranty work that was needed. I had some minor damage due to a tree branch from my property when leaving on a trip (tail swing). Alan Azar our advisor stated I should have the repairs done during the winter with our insurance company Progressive. We got the quotes and moved forward with Scott Fleishman from Progressive to start repairs. Alan and the service team were amazing, very professional with all communication and timelines during repairs with updates. Upon completion I met with Alan to go over warranty work and he took the time to answer all my questions. The exterior structural repair looked great by the service technicians along with a jack motor repair. General Rv of Canton has given us a customer service experience that is exceptional with all in Service Department.

With my paoerwork Marshall gave an amazing detailed overview of our camper and entertained all if our questions !!! He has a kean sense of detail and really made us feel like we were his only customer for the day ! Katherine in service was so nice and gave us her card and personal cell number ! We will be back to seek her advice as well ! Chad was great helping us hitch and unhitch the trailer and I took a lot of notes on his helpful advise ! I highly recommend this rv center they made us feel like family and that made our total experience special

We got a very good deal and felt that we were treated like family. I did notice the heat was not blowing throughout the rest of the vents just 1. I will call to follow up with that. Overall definitely recommend them and will be doing business again when I need maintenance, repairs or sales. Thank you General RV!
We had a great experience. We did our walk through on Saturday and we picked it up this morning. The staff left the coach under the canopy so we could hitch out of the weather.

I had an experience at the clarkston location and after that I had swore off General RV to be honest. However, I decided to try the wixom location, and I couldn’t have had a better experience from start to finish. Adam was a phenomenal salesman. Super friendly. And super fair. We then had Mike Desheles as our demo guy. And he could very well be the reason I’ll be a lifetime General RV customer. He was super thorough. Very friendly, and extremely professional. I appreciated that once I gave my background as a boat technician and being able to install most accessories myself, he was very understanding. He still would recommend different things, and I DID buy some accessories. But he was not pushing anything whatsoever. Couldn’t be happier with the demo. I also dealt with Alex at the parts counter who was unbelievably helpful and informative. I had a few questions about different things and he was knowledgeable about all the products. Finally we had Logan hook us up to the truck and go through some hitching info. And he was also super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Overall my second experience at the Wixom location made up for my first experience in Clarkston. The entire time I was at the wixom store, I felt comfortable, informed and that I was being treated fairly. I would recommend that specific location to anyone looking for an RV. I’d like to send out one more thank you to everyone involved in the process, especially Mike to be honest, for making this a fun and enjoyable way to buy an RV.

Sent the husband to get my dream rv(drove close to 3 hrs to get) they had the one we wanted! He spent the entire day with the staff like they were family and gave him the full on walk through, set him up for the travel home safely, and made some new friends with great conversation and he was bought lunch for his long drive home. Thanks so much for everyone there that made this happen. This is our first rv purchase and I'm in ❤️ great people! 👍
