My experience at the General RV location in Fort Pierce was honestly very disappointing. The entire buying process was difficult, and several things were done incorrectly. Getting answers and trying to have the issues addressed was extremely frustrating, and the service there did not meet expectations.
However, when I stopped at the General RV location in Ocala on my way to Ohio, the experience was completely different. The team there provided excellent service, great attention, and they quickly fixed the problem. I truly appreciated their professionalism and the way they handled everything.
Thank you very much to the Ocala team for turning the situation around and providing the level of service I was hoping for.

we had truck problems after several techs were unable to resolve our issue general RV took our trailer to our storage facility for us.

Every one was very nice and professional

They went the extra mile and did a courtesy inspection. The found an (unrelated) issue and remedied it. Everyone we came in to contact with there was customer-centric, courteous and had a high level if expertise.

Because of new management is why my rating was high. Before I would have never walked in there again. It is so nice to have a complete change of mind. Even the energy of that place felt much better. I will definitely consider general RV when I do my next purchase.

We called while we were traveling with some issues and Warren said to come in and they would try to help us. Not only did he help us, he had Joe help us within 20 minutes of pulling in. They both did a great job and had us on our way in less than a couple of hours with everything taken care of. Thank you to Warren and Joe

Great walk through. Bill was very informative. All associates were pleasant. Robert did a great job delivering the trailer. They winterized the trailer before delivery which was imperative.

From the moment we met the salespeople at the RV show everyone was very attentive to our needs. Picking up the travel trailer at the dealership was very informative and all my questions were answered. No one ever pressured me into anything, options were given and options were taken. The whole process was actually nice.

Our service rep, Frank Henderson, explained every repair and requested check ups before and after work was done. He took time to check on us and provide updates while we waited for our RV. He even assisted us in locating a tire repair service nearby. Our service technician was knowledgeable and professional.

The sales process was extremely good. My salesperson Kristina worked on my behalf to negotiate a fair deal. We were treated very good when we picked up our RV. Everyone was friendly, nice and willing to answer questions and help us out since we were first time rv owners!

I especially appreciated that Olivia kept us up to date and stayed in contact with us regarding the progress of the repairs on our trailer. All of our requests and concerns weee addressed.

I had to change pickup appointment several times and they were able to accommodate me. All personnel very pleasant when picking up!
