We recently had an outstanding experience with the Service Department at General RV Center for a warranty repair on our Class C motorhome. From start to finish, the customer service was truly exceptional, making a potentially stressful repair process smooth and reassuring.

Our Service Advisor, NiAsya, was the highlight. Communication was phenomenal; we received prompt updates every step of the way—not just when the work was completed, but during diagnostics and parts ordering. They took the time to clearly explain the issue (a malfunctioning slide-out mechanism) and detail the necessary steps, ensuring we understood the scope of the work.

It's rare to find a service center that combines technical expertise with such high-level customer care. The entire team acted with professionalism, friendliness, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. We highly recommend General RV Center's service department for any repair needs and will definitely be returning for future maintenance.

Prompt, efficient and friendly.

The staff was very nice and pet friendly. On a very busy day, Megan got it in the shop and got the seal fixed and working on ordering other parts and has it read by the end of the day. Again staff was very friendly and easy to work with.

Every. aspect of us picking up my RV on Friday went well. From the woman who helped us with the walk-through and instruction to Robert in finance to Eric Anderson, who was instrumental and answering tons of questions over the last few weeks.

Unlike other well known national RV dealerships (they know who they are,) General made the process seamless and painless.
