I am so happy I decided to go with General RV. I was new to the camper family, so I researched and was a bit nervous to make a decision. Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful at General RV they made ita so easy.They take very good of the customers. From the moment I inquired about a camper online, Rick was so patient and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and send me videos of the camper. We decided based off the pictures and the experience to go to General RV to look at the camper and we were greeted by multiple people from management to financial employees to sales. They had the camper parked in a bay and ready for us to look at it with our name that said the Sullivan family. They took the time to explain everything and when we decided to move forward they sent a team member out to go over what we needed to know and do to operate the trailer properly. This by far was one of the best experiences. From the greeting to the financial and parts department, everyone is amazing.
I needed a part for my RV but no dealer could locate it, until I went to General RV of Fort Pierce where Emily found it and ordered it for me. I will be taking all my business there.

I’ve had two winterization’s done there, which I was happy with. And also two situations where I took advantage of their Keep you Camping policy and it’s the real deal. Both times they were extremely accommodating and had me on my way within 24 hours or less. Highly recommend Brett as a service representative.

Very responsive team and Brian is a knowledgeable salesman. The model camper van I was seeking may have been nearby but a salesman I was communicating with did not / could not give me basic information about the van.
I’ll never know if the model was local or not. Brian answered my questions directly and promptly, so he got my business .
Pleasant staff, quick turnaround and well done fixes.
