Amorette was pleasant. Dropped off camper on a Saturday for a Monday appt. A porter was ready to take camper behind fence. We couldn’t get the windows closed so they parked it under the awning so no rain would go inside.

Work was to summarize the unit. It was free because they made a mistake last year. Good sign of a company that cares about the customer.

Overall, it was a good experience. We did hit a rough spot in communication while my R. V. was in the shop, but Service Manager, Chris made sure that I was treated fairly and the work that I needed done, got done! I trust he would do that again in the future. I will return to General R. V. next time I need service.

While the location isn’t very convenient for where I live, their keep you camping program has been very helpful. My service advisor has done a lot to help in my recent experience. Good guy and I’m back on the road thanks to him.
