Honesty, factual, friendly and helpful in all departments. Art displayed this in the sales department along with his sales manager. Heather, Stephanie and Scott were unbelievable in getting our after market parts purchased and installed. They worked together like a well oiled machine. They did everything with a smile on their face. Gary in finance hit a few bumps but worked with us and resolved everything like the true professional he is. Overall it was a great experience

Even though we picked up our RV and 20 minutes later had to bring it back customer service was very accommodating. I’m just hoping everything gets fixed soon so we might have an opportunity to enjoy our RV.

Fernando Anderson did an incredible job with us. We bought our trailer in kate September. After using it 2x we identified several issues to come in and get fixed. After calling and trying to get in for service we kept getting jerked around. I asked to escalate and we got Fernando. He stayed in constant communication every week. Trailer was there about 3 months. After the install of water heater tech scrapped the outside wall. He identified it and had it corrected. Honestly I am a hard customer and he exceeded my expectations. I highly hope you recognize him! He is an employee you need to keep and recognize! Thank you, Fernando !

We attended the RV show in West Palm and General Rv sales people and set up was the most professional. There were plenty of people to ask questions and pricing was right on the RVs. Ken was very helpful and patient with us.
