Everyone was very insightful. From Mac the sales rep, who gave advice about everything with camping and travel trailers, while letting our youngest play with his desk figure Transformers. Chris in financing helping us with the all the add-ons and helping keep our purchase payments in the budget we wanted. Jake the associate that gave us the tour and the ins and outs of the camper. If he couldn't answer a question he lead us to the person that could. Jesse up front who was very understanding of our situation and made everything work and flow smoothly. And Vic the mechanic who hooked up the hitch and brake kit. Explained how it worked and even went above to handle something we requested to be repaired and made it look good. Overall, very happy with everything. We knew what we wanted and they knew how to make it happen. We will be back to do business with them again!

We initially bought our RV from General RV because of the selection of trailers they had at the trade show. Their prices were great and their introduction to their facilities was well done.

After 5 years working with their service department, we have seen a lot of improvement in our most recent experience. We were greeted immediately for our service appointment and our advisor, Steve, introduced himself and started our walk through. He handled all of our questions professionally and courteously.

Very profession and helpful

The previous survey was somewhat critical of my most recent service appointment. Since then all issues have been sufficiently addressed by the service advisor. Service personal changes that occurred last year has greatly the service experience at General RV Huntley.

Our experience with General RV has been fabulous. Buying a used RV sight unseen is new for us but our amazing salesperson, Alexandria McAleer, gave us confidence in the process. Tracy Doane has been wonderful to work with, and Tyler Talbot provided a demo and was so patient with our questions. My thanks to Brandon Chambers for helping to retain us as a customer when our first deal went sideways.

You have honest people

We really appreciated our sales person, Yorkshire Dave. He was friendly and didn't show us a bunch of trailers that wouldnt fit our needs. The finance manager was also very helpful. The one great disappointment were the things that needed repairing when we signed the purchase agreement and the things we noted in the walk thru before we finished signing everything. The large shades were never repaired or adjusted to go up and down, and the rubber gasket on the outside front was not repaired. We have NOT been able to get the shades up on either large window, which is one of the reasons we liked the unit - the large windows.
