Overall, it was a good experience. We did hit a rough spot in communication while my R. V. was in the shop, but Service Manager, Chris made sure that I was treated fairly and the work that I needed done, got done! I trust he would do that again in the future. I will return to General R. V. next time I need service.

While the location isn’t very convenient for where I live, their keep you camping program has been very helpful. My service advisor has done a lot to help in my recent experience. Good guy and I’m back on the road thanks to him.

Everything! Our whole experience from start to finish was great! This is our 1st ever recreational vehicle purchase and we are so thankful for the experience we had with each individual we met during our purchase! The ladies at the reception desk are so sweet and welcoming! Our sales advisor was Mark Johnson and he will find just what you are looking for! We looked at only a few because Mark heard our needs and narrowed down the lot! And he even stayed late for us! Thanks Mark!! Scott McLeod, he was our finance advisor and he worked a few long nights to make that deal with the bank so this could happen for us! Praise God! Our walk through was a blast all thanks to Mark Roblow! It was a comical education and we loved it! A shout out to the pre delivery team, Emily and another young lady that helped me greatly I called in to set up pick up. Detail did a great job as well! Thanks to everyone who has also reached out to make sure everything is going well after our purchase! Yall have made us feel extremely special and we feel so blessed and thankful we chose to stop in that late Saturday afternoon! Thanks General RV Team!

They did a wonderful job installing what I was there to get done and we’re very helpful to point out other items that they recommended for preventative maintenance.

Needed a part..they had it and even though I skidded in there right before closing they so kindly took care of me. They aren’t close to where I live so I was so grateful for that. Thank you!

Very Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff

My wife and I were taking our first trip when my brother called said a lost power to my left taillight, we pulled over checked the connection every thing looked good. I called general Rv in clarkston since we were h heading north on I75. Spoke with Matt explained my problem he told me to come in. When I pulled I couldn’t believe How quickly Matt and Brian came out as I pulled up. Brian did what he could in the service bay, but could not figure out the issue. They pulled my truck and trailer was pulled back into a bay, a technician went right to work on my trailer, found the pinched wire and repaired it. They had me back on the road with in 2 hours. That’s what I call great customer service.

Chuck Smith was very professional and continued to keep me updated during the entire process. I received weekly updates, if not more, keeping me informed each step of the way. He has been the best service advisor that I have ever dealt with and I highly advise anyone to reach out to him for any support needed. I also can’t say enough about the great experience I had with the parts department. Overall, my experience was amazing at the Wixom location, the best out of all locations.
