We had an excellent sales and delivery experience at General RV when we bought our inTech Sol travel trailer. From sales to delivery to service, the entire General RV team made us feel seen and valued. Just walking in the front door, the reception team is friendly and welcoming. Tom, our salesperson, answered our questions, helped us through the sales process, and followed up after the sale. Angel, in finance, was detailed, friendly, and encouraging. Kayla did a very thorough demonstration during our walkthrough, while patiently answering our many questions. Maureen was awesome at wrangling all the delivery details and getting us out the door. Tom and Chris were pros, getting us set up with the WDH. Service has been on point, arranging our first follow-up visit. Even General RV's corporate "camp crew" has reached out to make sure we're satisfied. General RV's West Chester team is top-notch and true professionals.

Coated our camper roof for the first time and the sales person explained how to do it and what to purchase and it was a success.

What is noteworthy is the professionalism that Matt, Kathy, and Alissa of checking in my RV (2800 BH) for winterization.
Matt throughly inspected and checked the rig in (including roof inspection). Kathy had my list of issues to discuss.

During the inspection, we found a broken clip on my e2 hitch. Matt informed me the rigg is unsafe to drive. Between Kathy running to other areas to find a clip, and Matt checking who has a replacement clip….. No success.
Part was ordered and arrived the next day. Once the part arrived, Kathy got it installed quickly. She called and said it was done, ready for pickup.

Speaking with Brendan in the parts department he was very helpful tracking down the product I needed offering several options in color, type, as well as pricing. Once i arrived at the parts counter he remembered exactly what I was looking for.
