Got a really good deal. Bruno was absolutely amazing with the walk through. Only had two problems but turned out to be an amazing experience. Highly recommend just make sure they do not try to charge you a destination and prep fee as that will add 7,500 dollars.
Brian in parts went out of way to help with the Demco Karkaddy that I had purchased, and with parts I would need
for hook up, and explained what I needed to know.
I also wanted my RV serviced for a trip to Arizona. Brian hooked me up withTonia in service, she called at home, and set me up with appointment two days later.
I RV in to have an oil change, have generator serviced and have new cabin battery's changed all work was done same day . Tonia keeper me informed what was happening , picked up it the next morning. The interior staff and technicians were great đź‘Ť
All of your employees were great. There wasn't anything we needed that they did not happily provide. They were all amazing.

Likes:
1. internet sales Lily G from FL. She use txt and respond to them super fast in the beginning and at end of purchase. She beat every other dealers in respond time and friendiness. Other dealer sale just dont take me txting them seriously.
2. The entire team that worked with me at wixom or online on this deal. everyone was very responsive.....even the employees at wixom seem super friendly
3. Negotiation .....i wanted a lowered price i get a yes or no answer very quickly. A solid yes or no. No greesy sales back and forth
4. Again Sales Lily G and everyone down the line respond to my request very fast.......sale Lily, paper Larry, loan Tracy, front desk Jessie, service Jane, and the service guys
5. Able to camp at wixom store to check for more issues
6. Willingness and unchanged attitude even after signing for fixing the issues on this new RV. Every request was fixed or service have tried their best to fix.
Dislikes:
1. Excuse that its a manufactures fault. I know if its on your lot its your responsibility. CUT THE BS...LOL
2. You guys need to tell staff to just cut saying to buyer like me that ... """thats how it is from the MANUFATURER"" if thats how it is you guys need a better in house inspector before accepting from the manufacturer. OR fix it before delievery day. (This attitude is the MAIN reason that turn me around for not checking with you guys 1st the next time am buying)
3. You guys really need some one to really check your units for issues. I have discovered over 15++ big and small issues on a new RV! One thing after another on a new RV. We discover 1 issue the next one show up. If you really wanna hear about this ......call me....some are just so in your face you can hear it on youtube.
4. When i ask Chuck the presenter to get someone to teach me how to winterize the unit he said.... a. We dont do that( u guys should ) b. Go learn this yourself. C. Go pay someone to teach you. Couldnt you guys just do a basic run down on how since you could spend hours teaching me how to use this unit??

Coming from having all of our rv needs addressed at the Wixom location Birch Run was a dream come true! The customer service was excellent! Birch Run location has completely changed our view of General RV. We will only be coming to the Birch Run location as long as we are RV owners! Thank you for restoring our faith in customer service!

Professionalism. Highly qualified people. Amazing facility. I also like that service and support is available at any GeneralRV. Even though this is a large operation, the transaction still felt personal. I view General RV as a resource. I didn’t buy the biggest or most expensive RV but I was given the full VIP treatment. I was somewhat expecting high pressure sales but this was not the case. This was no pressure sales. There wasn’t even pressure for add-ons or upgrades. Overall great experience. I do recommend a hitch church before every unit leaves the lot just as a best practice for happy trails.
The salesman Scott was very nice. Amber was nice in showing us the camper and I appreciated the tec guy who explained the hitch and winterizing process. He was thorough and answered all my questions. Tim the service advisor seemed like a nice guy to work with.
They were very easy to work with. They worked hard at finding a loan to purchase. The walk through and the final paperwork process was great.
