We went there to buy a brand new mattress which we got a fantastic deal on and they installed it for free then they found a couple things wrong with my motorhome. Make sure that they were fixed temporarily until we could get back on the road and get it fixed at our next location we appreciate everything in general Army did and all the employees thank you.
Atmosphere
The staff from multiple stores went up and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted. This is the second time we have bought a class A from them and from going to multiple stores and meeting Gus from the RV show we cannot say enough about everyone from finance to the Tiffin rep. We really appreciated all the effort it took and energy to get our dream coach. This was definitely the best experience we have had , and would recommend anyone looking for a new RV to go to any General RV location they are really about the customer.

Good communication with both sales staff (Daniel) and finance staff (Christina) as we waited for our ordered unit to arrive. We had a couple of issues found during the walk-through, but they were resolved in time for us to stay on our travel schedule. Shout-out to Jami for making sure everything was resolved, even after regular scheduled closing time.

I was very pleased with the sales team(Tim) my salesman was excellent. Chris Coleman and the finance team did a great job getting me approved for the loan, and the delivery team was exceptional. They explained everything about the RV to make sure I was going to be happy with my purchase. All in all, it was a great experience

Everyone in sales, finance, service, and parts was knowledgeable and informative. Sales was excellent in answering questions and taking the time to show the campers we were interested in. Financial team was spot on in returning calls and getting us the best deal. Parts and floor sales were equally as efficient, helping us understand the equipment needed to get started. We were given an in-depth tour of the camper we purchased, reviewing every detail. We loved Ivan’s tour of the camper-it was a special “treat”! Everyone in service out-did themselves in getting us ready to hit the road—hooking up and showing us operation of the hitch and safety equipment. The people at General RV are truly a team from the minute you walk in. It was a good experience for my wife and me. If you’re new to camping, go to General RV first, that way you’ll know how buying an RV should be. Everyone we met and worked with did a fantastic job.
Great selection, service, and excellent sales staff.
It was discovered that the refrigerator was not operating correctly and could not be repaired. A new refrigerator was installed before we picked up our RV and we so appreciate General RV making sure it was fixed!
All the people I dealt with were professional, very pleasant, friendly, cheerful and caring. Archie Munson was particularly helpful to me. He truly went above and beyond what most dealer employees would have in order to take care of me and to make my experience as carefree and easy as possible. I will definitely recommend this store to other people even though I live 4 hours away and have another General RV right down the road from where I live. Ten Stars to Birch Run General RV!
