Everyone was Friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. Even with the stressful situation of being at temporary work stations due to flooding damage from a broken water main line, they were cheerful and helpful. I really appreciated the checklist walk around of my rv informing me of potential maintenance needs. It’s been a long time since I really appreciated the effort I received. Big shoutout to Alyssa who showed great communication skills on top of everything else. I live 2 hrs away and am glad I chose to get my service in Birch Run.

Everything from service to delivery was wonderful.
Starting with our sales person Derek, to delivery of the motorhome with Brian, Financial process with Chris, it all went great.
Fair and honest employees. This is our third purchase from General. That says alot on its own. We would highly recommend to other RV shoppers!
