The issue with the non-working slide out was not corrected completely - we now have to come back up and drop it off again for repair/rewiring. This issue was clearly identified and we were told the motors would be rewired and they weren’t. Thankfully the service tech showed my husband how to do an override if the issues continues so we can get on our way for a planned 4-week camping trip.

We were at the General RV in Wixom, MI the week before and waited for 20 minutes just for the new person to tell us to wait for the other person.

Service was fantastic Lucas my service associate should get a higher position. And quick service they kept me up-to-date. They helped me with the finance part. There was nothing that he and they didn’t do to go over and beyond for me. Thank you.

My experience with General RV was something different because i ask ChatGPT for RV trailer Dealers with the best reviews and the first one was General RV Dealers in West Palm Beach if i don’t mind to driving about an hour, so i drove to General RV and was a really good experience with everyone in the Dealership they was really good with customer service ,very friendly people and i Will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a RV or motor home, thank you for your time and service, thank you to everyone. Front desk, sales person, financial team, and camp specialist.
