I Stopped by to purchase a couple of Accessories and was very pleased with how helpful and professional the parts representative was.

The West Chester location has been wonderful. I highly advise avoiding anyone in the internet sales department however. Deal directly with someone at the location. Had I known that the people I was speaking with to complete my deal were not going to be available following the sale and when my BRAND NEW rig BROKE DOWN leaving the dealer.. I would have never purchased my Motorhome. Rob at General Rv has done everything in his power to make this situation right, and is an outstanding guy. He truly deserves a raise for the situation that was thrown at him. I hope to do more business with Rob in the future.. but my level of trust with anything else will certainly need to be built and earned.

Our experience with this particular RV purchase was really a good one. We had been dealing with our salesperson for about 3 months and never did we feel pressured to make a decision immediately. Once we decided to make our purchase the negotiation was very smooth all throughout the financial process. On the day we picked up the RV all our previous concerns were fixed. Walk through of the unit was also as smooth as could be.

The staff were very professional, knowledgeable , patient, and courteous. As a first time buyer, they provided all the time I needed to feel comfortable and answered all my questions. They helped me hook up my trailer and guided me while I drove my vehicle onto the trailer. Every staff member assisted when I needed it and allowed me to do the things I was capable of doing myself. I appreciated the southern hospitality and respect. It was one of the smoothest vehicle transactions I have ever experienced. Every challenge was met with resolution to my satisfaction.

Everyone was so helpful and fun to work with. Loyle listened to everything I said I wanted and showed me just that. Weston worked so hard to get us where we needed to be. Wyatt walked us thru and showed us everything we needed to know about our new trailer. They were patient and understanding when we needed them to be. They laughed with us and put up with our shenanigans. They worked tirelessly to make the process go as smoothly as possible. They made sure every question was answered. I can’t see us ever buying an RV from anyone else!!!!
