David Mann is fantastic to work with, he is knowledgeable, patient and friendly, that is a perfect profile for a sales representative. We also had the pleasure of meeting and working after hours on a Saturday night with Jim Lyon who helped us out with a headlight fuse and tire pressure issues. Jim saved us as we were leaving in the dark for a three hour plus drive home. Thanks David and Jim, we really appreciate both of you immensely!

The willingness of the staff to work with a customer to make them enjoy the entire process was amazing . Starting with Khiry who found exactly what we wanted, and had it ready to show. Tony in finance who explained it all ,and made it easy, relaxing, and stress free to purchase our rig. Also Tim who gave us every discount and called corporate twice to get the price we’re we needed it to make it happen. Luke and Dave also did a great job explaining and showing us how to operate our rig. I can’t say enough about the experience.

What do you like about our experience?

A 100% RV sales company. GeneralRV is good at what they do. Great the customer, assess their interests, show them prospective rigs from their extensive inventory, wheel and deal a win-win sale, final rig prep, wish them safe travels, and repeat for the next customer. I was impressed with with the smooth and efficient flow of the their sales operation. Most importantly, I was able to buy a great RV at a very competitive price. One happy customer!

So far the sales and finance staff have been excellent. Bob was our sales person and he was very professional and knowledgeable. Chuck was our finance person and a chick was also very professional and knowledgeable
David handled our orientation and he did an excellent job. He was. Wry kind as well.

I encountered informed and professional customer support during my purchase event.
Would rather address my interactions F2F post COVID to provide insight and feedback.
I received a feedback form....but could not bring myself to respond to it due to the condition of the form itself. Was a very poor copy and never received any feedback in that case.

What do you like about our experience?

Olivia is real easy to work with, very courteous. I was a little worried that it was going to freeze our trailer pipes, I had an appointment for a later date, so I called Olivia and she was able to squeeze us in earlier.. So glad she did.

Making an appointment was easy and flexible. Drop off was seamless and the follow up was good through our the process. We are waiting for warranty approval and then additional service will be performed. The service advisor was very helpful.
