I started RVing 3 years ago , bought my fifth wheel at a show from another dealer, but you people in Clarkston have taken care of my trailer like I bought it there, I can honestly say, I would never buy another trailer from anyone but you guys , your the best!!!!

Your not a customer at GENERAL RV, you are family or best friend with them. It's a real people place and I enjoy being around the staff. They make you feel so welcome. And the work they do is so understood by these tech's. It's like they built your coach or trailer and they know exactly how to solve any situation you give them. I've been dealing with GENERAL RV on Mt.Clemens since 2000 and I can't say enough good things about them. Just go there for kicks and you'll see what I'm talking about. And bring a friend too. You'll need someone to Rave about GENERAL RV on your way back home.

The personal service that I receive from Service Advisor Mr. Walt Zimmerman. Mr. Zimmerman always goes out of his way to accommodate us and keep us camping. He has proven to be honest and dependable working to clear up any problems with the camper for us. I will only go to Mr. Z in the future!

Very helpful, friendly, and professional service department. While on a trip, we stopped in to diagnose an electrical issue that would have ended our trip. Despite being very busy, General got us back on the road the same day. We are very appreciative of their help to keep us camping!
