Although I've had to make quite a few trips to and from the Huntley location to manage our purchase, I can't say it's all bad, it's actually been a positive experience with folks I look forward to catching up with.
The service team at GRV Huntley, IL has really stood out. People like Thomas, Justin, and Matt (just to name a few) consistently approach things with empathy, stay level-headed, and work collaboratively, which makes me feel genuinely supported as a GRV customer.
We've bought our first two rigs from the Huntley location, and we plan to pick up our third there, largely because of the consistently great experience we've had with the service team over the years.
Alan and the whole service department treated me great on this visit. They went out of their way to make sure my RV was fixed in a timely manner. And exceeded my expectations when it comes to the repair. I am very pleased with General RV and plan on buying my next RV from them and it’s things like this that lead me to that conclusion. Take care of the customer and they will take care of you.

People and unit selection.
Mike was very knowledgeable on solar systems and helped me troubleshoot. He was patient and responsive as I asked questions while walking through the system.

Our Salesperson (Deana Schroeder) was very professional and efficient in her approach. She first gathered all information regarding our wants/needs in an RV including size, desired equipment, price range and towing limits of our tow vehicle. She then compiled a list of prospects that checked all the boxes and took the time to take us through the lot to see all of possibilities. Deana never tried to change our minds on what we wanted and never attempted to "upsell" us on anything. In the end we got exactly what we wanted and in large part we made the purchase that day based on the professional actions of Deana!
Communication, friendly, attention, they answer all our questions n concerns
Willing and able to make repairs to our RV "while we wait" when out of our home area. Also, took time to review our unit for any damage, service items that may have been overlooked, as well. Service required (R and R of Water Heating Unit) was performed as we waited.
