RV services did an excellent job of making sure I knew about my trailer, how it worked and what was included and not included. The service tech was great and very knowledgeable. They have checked in to see if I have secured a spot for my trailer to set up good delivery service. Over all very good attitudes making this portion of my experience a great experience.

Jack and Marty were very easy to talk with and answered out questions. I haave not been out with the motor home yet,hopfully nest week. It is a learning curve transitionoing from a travel trailor to a motor home.(less storage and the need to for tow vehicle) . I do have to say the drivability of the motor home is not what I expected. It did not handle very well on the highway or bumpy roads. I think a test drive would have help answer some of these questions.

The parts department employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about RV parts. General Rv part store prices are also compatible with other camping stores.
I like how they do a whole inspection not just what you came in for. I like that they put a end date for when you will get it back and I like their updates on what’s going on
We were traveling from Upstate New York to Colorado. Develop propane leak. Found General RV in Akron and went there when they opened. No appointment. Heather was our rep. Fantastic job by her and entire staff. The diagnosed problem, kept us informed through out the day and fix the problem. We have been to other General RV dealers and have not always found the same service. Much appreciated by General RV of Akron.
We had a great experience with Ken Patrick. He was very responsive to questions and worked hard to find us a camper and price we liked.
We also enjoyed Tennille who explained all the details of our camper on pick up day. She was funny, smart and a good teacher.

Had a very good experience between sales team, finance, service, and front desk team. Very informative and help with any questions you may have. Dillon, Sebastian, and Ryan did a heck of a job with everything. I will definitely come back when we decide to upgrade next time.
