Great RV, solid buying experience! Recently purchased a Brinkley I 280 from Eli. Overall positive experience. The team there are friendly, responsive and professional. The walk through was excellent and financial process with Trey was smooth as well. Only room for improvement or overall preparation is be prepared for a long day when you close on a rig. Lots of moving parts going on.

Our service advisor, Madison, was incredible. She kept on top of the repairs and getting the warranty work completed. She was also in contact with us every step of the way, letting us know the status of the repairs, time frames, Etc. She has been by far the best service advisor we’ve ever worked with. Thank you very much, Madison.

We purchased a use camper, so we were expecting the used purchase experience that you would get at a car dealership. It was also our first time buying a camper from a dealer. We've owned a few campers and usually purchase them from a private seller. We didn't know what to expect. What I loved about General RV, was the fact that items with the used camper were addressed without having to push for them. You just did it. New tires, slide out motor, flooring, slide out seal, LED light. We didn't have to argue to get these addressed, they were just done with no questions asked. The slide out motor and floor were done before we even picked the camper up, which was very impressive. Also the people. Such great people working there. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Truly a great experience.

Organized. Great customer service - timely and knowledgeable.

Every staff member was great. Handled any issue that we had with professionalism and swiftness. The only thing I would recommend is that anyone who does a “walk through” I wish that person really knew the ins and outs of each arc or travel trailer. We knew more than the person walking us through. But again other that that fantastic.
