Jeff from Draper has been amazing since his help when we were in Arizona. The Draper location has finally solved problems we have had since Tampa. He is the sole reason we will stay with General RV. Fernando and Breanna at the Draper location were also very helpful/communicative.
Gage listened to our concerns and made sure we were informed in a timely manner. He was also helpful with the warranty items.
Bob was very persistant in his search for what I was looking for. I had tried places closer to where we live with no luck. He took the time to get the correct items that I need and they were correct. Definitely worth the drive to deal with you. Thanks Bob.
Service advisor was super attentive and helpful. Service tech explained what the courtesy inspection showed and recommended the right service options. Both were friendly, patient, and engaged with me - an excellent overall experience.
My service experience is not yet complete…my feedback so far is this :
When I arrived Thur Feb 5 for my 9:30 am appt…there was a sign in the door letting me know all of the staff were in a sales meeting at 9:00am. I waited another 30 minutes before the service advisors came out of the meeting and spent another 15 minutes getting checked in. This did not make me feel valued as a customer.
My service advisor Warren followed up with me Friday afternoon to let me know that although there had been no work on my coach Thurs or Friday, that the service tech had moved my coach into a bay and hooked it up to power over the weekend . I appreciated this very much

They replaced all cabinet doors in my Entegra with an upgrade . I was charged a diagnostic charge for my refrigerator and told if found something wrong with it later they would reimburse me . Found the problem and it was resolved and General RV reimbursed me without any questions !.(Collin and Christian expedited ) Megan our service rep has always been courteous, helpful in resolving any issues. Doc (George) was in the background making sure all work was done to his standards. Kirk was very patient with me asking so many questions about our new class A coach and gave me his expert advice. My wife and I have been buying campers for close to 30 years. This was the first time that I have dealt with General RV. We had an issue with our camper when trying to drive it up to the Ohio location. They worked with us, and allowed us to drop our camper off at another General RV location in Richmond, Virginia. The camper that they promised was waiting for us when we arrived and the staff treated us like royalty. We were shown around to all departments that we would have to deal with in the facility, even though they knew we would be working with Richmond for service. One of their technicians, Greg, answered everyone of our questions as he painstakingly, went through the process of going over the entire rig. The entire staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in every way a customer would need. I would highly recommend anyone seeking to buy a new camper to look no further than General RV no matter what the location. My wife and I give this dealership five stars with no hesitation. This may well be the last camper we buy, it was nice to have things go so well! If we hadn’t met Mark down in Richmond at the RV show, this opportunity would’ve never come to light. There was no high press selling!!

No pressure sales! CJ was patient and educated us on the unique features of each coach. We left that first day to research our questions and come to a decision. Amber in delivery was exceptional as was Scott our rv mentor. Best was Linda in back office who worked with us on a last minute hiccup. Service after sale continues to be much appreciated.
From the first phone call with Manny which had me answer in-depth questions and the email appointment/what-to-expect reminder from Becky TO Tesla Dan and Larry, I knew I was in the right place. My friends will now hear about General RV.
