Sales team was awesome

Everything about the process of buying an rv was smooth and seamless from the searching process to the financing and walk through. We were very impressed with the service. Everyone in the building was friendly and welcoming. So far they have met every need and then some.

They were helpful. It didn't take too long. They offered us a place to sit, offered us coffee etc.came and got us when it was done. We should be all winterized for this winter and we are happy. Thank you.

Good service

Everyone was very friendly and experienced in their job. We can't say enough about the maintenance guys who moved our lounger from our old motorhome to the new one. The reason that is so important, is because I have sciatica problems and need to sleep in the lounger. Phyllis Forster was very experienced in finance and did an outstanding job! Dan Broats,Sales, was terrific and showed us the perfect coach for us, as well as showing us the basics in driving our motorhome.
Overall, a great experience.

Friendly service

Great staff and facilities (like waiting area, etc). Location is easy to get to, but if an overnight repair, one would have to try to find Uber/taxi to get to the one area hotel about 6 miles away. I did need to order a part from Tiffin, and the parts department staff contacted me the next day by email to tell me which part I needed to order. (They didn't forget me.)

Michael Condra was amazing and we will continue to work with him when we have any issues. He made our little hiccups smooth as he could. And had such a great attitude and energy.

I also can’t speak well enough of Justin Clearfield assistance. He and I texted several times and he was always very responsive while working on our loan.

Good people who listen to your likes and needs go the extra mile to make it happen. Shoutout to the hard working people that work there.

Great sales and service staff. Delivery was easy and informative. The 5th wheel hitch installation was top notch. They made me an offer I couldn’t refuse!!! It was a pleasure working with everyone on the staff.

We have heard horror stories about General RV and the service department. But Nikki took such great care of us. Same day appointment and we found warranty issue with all of our brakes. Nikki worked with Brinkley to get parts and fixed same day they were received. She continually checked on us and even replied to a question the day after we left. She single handedly made it a great experience.

Very friendly staff. As soon as we arrived we were directed to where we needed to go. Our concerns were addressed completely. Would definitely recommend this dealership!
