We had a couple of items in our RV that required service. Lucas was very helpful and keep us informed of work progress. He explained the service completed and was very professional. We give Lucas two thumbs up!! 👍👍
The walk through with Bill was very professional and good !! But when we were ready to leave with the fifth wheel, it was very upsetting. All the , water intakes were not. capted, storage doors were left open, refrigerator was left on not very professional !!
Tina and the ladies are great to talk too. Tina gets stuff done right away, she goes out of her way to get what you need done. The new guy that was checking all the stuff he was supposed to do was fast , he is nice and pleasant to talk too. Everyone is very nice there.
The building was being fixed due to a water link and there was white film from the cement they are putting in driveway it was over my rugs from the peoples feet. That’s fine I can clean that. They need to were something over there shoes to keep it out of the rv’s.
I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your entire team for the experience we had while purchasing our camper. From sales, to finance, to the insurance group—everyone we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. That level of service does not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciate it.
I also want to specifically acknowledge how your sales team handled an unexpected situation during our visit. When my mom fell inside one of the campers, your team stepped in quickly to help—bringing my brother’s car up to the lot and assisting her out of the unit. That support in the moment meant a lot to us.
There is one concern I wanted to share, coming from a place of both care and professional perspective. As the safety program lead for my organization, I was surprised that no formal incident report was completed or initiated at the time of the fall. Given that it was known she was heading to urgent care/ED, I would have expected some type of documentation and follow-up process.
Additionally, while someone did eventually ask how she was doing, it was about two weeks later—and at that point we shared that she had unfortunately sustained a broken femur requiring surgery and hospitalization. The follow-up felt more casual than what I would typically expect after an incident of that nature.
I’m sharing this not as a complaint, but as constructive feedback. You have a strong team and a great customer experience overall, and putting a clear incident reporting and follow-up process in place would only strengthen that further—both from a customer care and liability standpoint.
Thank you again for everything you did for us throughout the buying process. We are looking forward to enjoying our camper and being part of the camping community.

Fred kept me updated and made sure we had everything we needed and felt comfortable with the repairs. He also helped us get some items for the RV we learned we needed as we went camping including a spare tire.

Jake and Steve checked me in and their team performed a thorough inspection over our RV and found that the roof sealant needed repair before water damage occurred.
Steve even patchers a compromised area personally.
The service reception desk employees are all pleasant and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Brandon, our Service adviser was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was thorough and answered all of our questions also providing workable next steps. We will be requesting him in the future.
Carl and the office people were great, the shop tech forgot to put the screws back in cover plate for the leveling system and where he pulled the roof antenna and just left it lay. After he unplugged it he could have put it back in place. Otherwise everything was fine.

Chris our sales guy was awesome. Had a deal to get us a 5th wheel from another store that fell thru but found us a newer nicer unit and got it from another store over the weekend. Constantly checked in on us when we were there to pickup. Bill did our tour and tv demonstration was very knowledgeable and showed us how everything worked and answered all our questions. All the staff we met was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful. We were very pleased with our experience.
