Customers of General RV for many years, we have always relied on the staff and techs to ready our rig for summer adventures, make repairs when needed, and winterize it in the fall. Walt Zimmerman a great service rep, we know that General RV will do what's needed to keep us on the road. Their care is much appreciated.

Gage is an outstanding service manager. Honest and did everything he said he was going to do. You need to keep service managers like that. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend General RV just because of him.
