The repair they performed was excellent, cannot tell the trailer was damaged. The issue was it took 4 weeks after I was told a week to 10 days at the most. I was told they Missed a part that was damaged and took 2 weeks to get the part.
You are the only business that has the Hughes Autoformer voltage booster and they knew the technical specs and were able to make technical recommendations for a low voltage issue at the storage facility where the bus is kept.
The parts department followed through and I have received three of the four items ordered.
