Not a hard sales job. Showed us the rv’s we wanted to see. Let us test drive the one we were most interested in. And then gave us a really really good price on it. We ordered a custom and three days later we found out that they no longer made that version. They worked with us to look at options to customize a smaller size and at the same time they found an RV that met our requirements that had three additional options we didn’t want. They just ate the cost of all three of those options and got us that rv within a matter of days.

The service we received felt personal, like we were the most important thing everyone needed to do. Tracie Hoele was conscientious and made sure the two different service items we were at General RV Ocala for were both completed.

My experience was wonderful for the most part. We did have a little confusion on the day we picked it up but the guys tried to make us comfortable and they did try to put a rush on things. We are very satisfied with all. I would recommend this dealership to even my family. We love our camper!
Our experience started off a little rocky after the purchase. Communication wasn’t great at first and there were some misunderstandings about what was supposed to be taken care of after the sale. Honestly, it felt frustrating.
But once a new service provider (Matt) stepped in, everything turned around completely. This gentleman was absolutely outstanding — he listened, kept his word, and made sure our service needs were handled just like we were promised during the purchase. He got our keys, battery bank updated, and generator repaired without a hitch. Smooth, professional, and stress-free.
On the sales side, our salesperson was also excellent from the very beginning. They made the buying process easy and enjoyable, and we always felt taken care of.
What could have been a bad experience turned into a great one, and we’re really grateful for the people who went the extra mile to make sure things were right.
