Parts lady was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about your products and the young man that took pictures for the parts department to see what max air covers was very nice.!! Ohh and the service writer was very nice and easy to talk too. It seems like a happy family there.

My wife and I had a very pleasant and great experience. Everyone at the shop was very nice thoughtful and a pleasure to deal with. We are very happy with our purchase and the way we were treated. Moving forward I would highly recommend going there to experience the same experience that we received. Adam was a great sales guy a great person to talk to and very understanding to the wants and needs that we expressed to him and did not waste our time showing us unwanted material. If we are lucky enough to purchase another RV, we would definitely go through him. Tennille showcased our new RV flawlessly. Took the time and made sure we understood what she was explaining. Everyone else was very nice and it was a joy spending the time there.

We ordered and picked up our new coach and can’t thank everyone enough. We wish we could remember everyone’s names to give them all a personal shout out. What a great team! From Todd at Entegra, to Bob our sales representative, Bill who expertly did our walkthrough, the ladies at the front desk and all the service techs and managers who treated us like we were their only customers the 2 days we were there moving into our new bus. The few minor issues we had were taken care of promptly and with a smile. Everyone took pride in helping with a positive attitude from techs to managers. Even when a particular issue had a bit of a challenge, they made the process painless. A fantastic experience with the great team at Wixom, you are all amazing, thank you, thank you!! ♥️
