General RV was true to its Keep You Camping promise. We had an electrical issue that took hours to track down and fix. No appointment, but the GRV folks bent over backwards to resolve the issue as we were far from home. We didn't miss a night of camping. They did a great job.
Our salesperson, Michael White was very professional, personable and polite. He was also very knowledgeable about the Brinkley i275 and answered all of our questions. He also remembered us by name when we came back 3 days later to take delivery and go through orientation, which was very thorough. I would recommend my friends to go see him when they are ready to purchase an RV. Our experience was VERY good from the first time coming into dealership being greeted at the front desk to everyone we interacted with while there. Thank you Michael for such a great experience.

Getting an appointment and drop off was streamlined. Happy with the work so far. Amanda at service dept was fantastic and listened to my detailed instructions .
Detailed in knowledge about the camper, but did not like the fact that the gentleman dumped the sawdust in the toilet. He could have just as easily walked outside and threw it in the grass.

The experience in its entirety definitely needs work, but people like Sean in the service department are making this transition of a new RV center with Grace! My battery was left on and the door was left open when I left and now my batteries are drained. I’m hoping there’s no damage and that they charge back up. I’m taking into consideration the new aspect of the dealership and that’s why you’re getting such a high score. I also make room for that type of growth And again someone like Sean is really serving the people that are not having the greatest experience.
