I cannot say enough great things about the incredible service department at General RV in Fort Pierce. I recently had a nightmare experience purchasing an RV from the General RV Jacksonville location that immediately left me stranded with major structural and mechanical issues. I was incredibly upset, stressed out, and exhausted.
Thankfully, I brought it to Fort Pierce, and Tina stepped in. She worked tirelessly, went completely above and beyond, and did everything in her power to advocate for me and get me back on the road safely.
The entire service technician team did a phenomenal job. They took a terrible situation and completely turned it around and provided updates with honest communication. If you need your rig serviced by people who actually care, ask for Tina and the Fort Pierce service team!

She and General RV have generated my only positive experiences with my first and extremely problematic 2023 RV (purchased in and previously serviced elsewhere). The willingness to work spontaneously and diligently with my extended warranty guaranteed my ongoing loyalty.

Straightforward, friendly, good work
Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. A team environment was displayed to us as each employee helped us in their field of expertise.
Dealership honored their commitment to fixing any AC problem on our just purchased 2025 Flagstaff 25SRK. They delivered our RV and the AC didn't work. They took it back and replaced the AC controller board and that fixed the problem.
The battery was delivered dead and they said they'll give us $200 towards purchase of a new one.
Only complaint was that they lost the one key that opened all the locks. They did recut new keys and replaced one lock on one side of cargo storage area. So instead of 1 key for all locks we have 2 keys, of which only 1 is for 1 lock on the cargo door. Also, the keys still don't open locks easily.
Other than that we are very satisfied.

Josh Myer was very knowledgeable about trailers in general and very pleasant to deal with. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful. We bought a 2 year old used rig that had a copule of issues that needed to be addressed. The shop guys addressed those issues while we were completing the paperwork.
It was a very positive buying experience.
