The salesmen went out of their way to help me find the right travel trailer, and negotiate a competitive price with the sales manager, and the financing manager was extremely helpful, but then all the followup services after that were very impressive.

Everyone I talked to was so kind! No one tried to over sell or push me into something I didn’t want! It was the absolute best experience!

Tom, Tim, Angel, and the rest of the team at General RV were pleasant to work with. They provided insights and information to help us make the right choices from the selection of our RV to the various options and accessories we would need as first time RV campers. Also, they new when to accept no as the answer keeping the entire process comfortable and low pressure.
Now that we are a few weeks into our camping/RV living experience we can acknowledge their assistance was very helpful to our success!
