Our shopping and buying experience at General RV was Great! Jason and Mary were very personable and answered all our questions. They did not pressure or push for a sale. They showed us a selection of camping trailers that may best fit our needs. We took several days until we made our final decision. The General RV team went above and beyond when we picked up our camping trailer. The night before General RV had a water main break leading to flooding and damage to their building. General set a make shift setting with canopies and trailers set up as temporary offices. The weather was terrible windy and raining. We were met by a very friendly young lady on a golf cart immediately upon entering the parking lot. She had us hop on the golf cart driving us to the check in point. Our orientation, finalizing of the sale with Steve and the hitch up instructor was great. It was unbelievable under all this chaos they were so organized and very apologetic and friendly. We were so impressed on how smoothly the process of our pick up of our new camping trailer process was completed. We were very happy from beginning to end. General RV team was great. We received a great sale price and the whole experience was outstanding. General RV showed that even through a crisis (did I mention the weather was horrible) that customer satisfaction comes first and foremost. We highly recommend General RV of Birch Run. Thank you General RV, we very much appreciated your professionalism throughout our buying experience.

Our service technician, Zac Calhoun continually updated us on the progress of our repairs. Even if nothing had changed from our last phone call/email he still was consistent with communication.

Awesome experience

Good customer service.

Our salesman Rick was knowledgeable and up front on everything. Our financing rep Jesse was very good and didn’t present a fake attitude. Brady gave us our final run through and was very personable. As we just took delivery of our RV three days ago, service after the sale remains to be seen. Hopefully we don’t have any issues; but I’ll be adding future reviews either way. Looking forward to great camping adventures and have had an awesome experience so far! Thanks General RV of Clarkston!

Manny handled a complex service issue with my camper. He kept me in the loop and was able to get it all fixed.
