I liked that everyone was extremely friendly, not once did we get an attitude from anyone there. Everyone is very helpful and can answer any question you have.
They took my coach immediately on the day and time of our reservation. Very qualified mechanics and engineers that were able to assess my issue with the module on my slide out I were able to correct it.
The friendly staff and atmosphere were very welcoming. We learned so much from Hayden and Mark about our RV. Even the nice lady who helped us in the store area with hoses who gave us great tips. The coffee was also very good!

Informative and friendly people like Justin made the experience a positive.
However, not a fan at all of the ‘old school’ sales techniques used to sell your high margin warranties and other add-ons. That made the whole process feel sleazy. Couldn’t wait to get out of there after that.
Nikki is a superb service associate. Service did an excellent job in summerizing my coach and the multi point inspection.
Excellent experience across the board, from sales with Drew Hartman, negotiations and closing the deal with manager Clay Rush, working out the financing, title and warranties with Jon Etter, and the new rig walk-through with deliverer Tom. We made an appointment to see a specific make and model, and Drew had it set up and ready to view. Negotiations for our trade-in and for the new rig were professional, well-handled by Clay, and we soon agreed on a price to close the deal. Very pleasant. We especially appreciated Jon's straight shooting, easy manner and style of handling the finance matters. We felt like we had the benefit of General RV's A-Team from start to finish. They made the whole buying experience easy, smooth, and enjoyable.

We were treated really good. Every one that worked with us answered our questions. And helped us out.
I recently took my motorhome in for service. My service advisor was April. She took her time and took down all my information and went over all the services that we’re going to be completed. Later on as I was checked out and almost home, it was realized that one of the services was not completed. Obviously, I was not happy as I live almost an hour away. April patiently listened to me and my displeasure. She immediately reported to the service manager about the situation and they notified me that they would send the technicians to my home to complete the service. Mistakes happen, that’s life. I am more than satisfied in the way things were handled. Kudos to the General RV staff in Richmond for addressing this matter and making sure that the customer is treated fairly. Many of us feel as if once you spend the money and buy a recreational vehicle from most dealerships, when it comes to taking your vehicle and getting service work done that you are not appreciated anymore. This is certainly not the case with General RV in Richmond. Great Job!!

HOWEVER WE NEED AN URGENT CALL BACK FROM SERVICE COORDINATOR; WE LEFT SOME THINGS UNDERNEATH OUR PHAETON TRADE IN THAT WE WOULD LIKE TO LOCATE!!!😩

Very helpful
Delivery process was quick and smooth. We also liked that the finance department was not pushy. The only thing lacking was the accessory department. You guys could carry more items to help outfit new campers.
Emily Esralian was efficient and helpful at finding the part I needed for my RV.
Both Don and Jerry were very helpful and friendly and the young man that did the walk with the motor home did a great job. Debbie Ward
