Everything from making my appointment for maintenance to leaving. Everybody was very helpful and polite. Kept us informed the whole time we were there about our RV progress! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for maintenance or buying a RV.
I liked everything from the moment i walked thru the door to the moment i left the property with a new camper. I liked that nobody liked me but that they liked the money i spent better. I liked giving the Charley Daniels look alike doppleganger $500 just because he looked cool in a cowboy hat. I liked the lot lizard humor of the loan manager who seemed very famiar with Craig's List. I liked the way delivery coordinator wanted me to buy sway bars twice but then later found out I only needed to buy one. I like that my first payment is scheduled due on April Fool's Day 04/01/2026. It was truly an awesome and amazing experience unlike any experience ive had before.

They had the specific model we were looking for and they did everything to make the purchase process an enjoyable experience. We were originally planning to picking the 5th wheel up ourselves from Phoenix but life happened and we were not able to. General RV didn’t miss a beat and they were able to find a transporter to have it delivered to us within a few days. Everyone there was very responsive and communicative through the entire process! Would totally recommend to anyone!

The experience was very good, and Sebastián, the sales representative, did an excellent job helping us secure our credit. Our RV arrived in good condition, with the exception of a few minor details, but they were repaired immediately. The team got us the exact camper we were looking for within our price range. No hassle, no upsale, very helpful and informative. They even brought me and my kids lunch while we were in the waiting area as the technician hooked up the braking system on our van.

Overall great experience…starting from sales team, finance team at RV show, employees at the Elizabethtown location. The service team. All around we have been treated great any time we have there.
We love General RV. We purchased our Grand Design Influence in the fall and arranged to have it stored until we were ready to use it in the spring. There were some issues with the trailer when we first walked through it. These issues were addressed immediately and done right the first time. The employees that we have worked with have been great. I had a problem with the pin box installation. Either I or the salesperson (he quit after I bought my trailer) had a discussion about changing the pin box. I ordered it and had it installed, only to have the incorrect box installed. Monica stepped in to take care of us. She was awesome. The General Manager was also amazing. They ordered the right pin box, came out to my trailer, and installed it. That is customer service!! I will always recommend General RV. By the way, this is our second purchase from General RV. We are returning satisfied customers.
