Quick and easy - knowledgeable staff

I was completely blown away by the professionalism and personalization of our journey. We had been looking for an RV for some time, however I didn’t feel “comfortable” yet. The minute we arrived and I looked at the building that houses all the professionals working there; from sales to service, I said to my husband, we are buying our RV here. Everything was/is a first class act. From the show room to the buying process. General RV is huge, clean, has knowledgeable people working there and no high pressure. We will certainly refer anyone who is interested in buying an RV! Charlie and Mike were great!

They took excellent care of me! I bought a used trailer and before we picked it up they fixed the leak and even delivered it to us. Absolutely amazing customer service!

Service center is close to my home and very convenient to have my RV trailer serviced.

All the employees are friendly and helpful but above all, Chad from the service department makes everything seamless. I trust him and I never feel like I'm putting him out, despite all of the questions I ask him. He is patient and honest.

The best part of the place was Danny Browder. Service required me to oversee some of their work to ensure it was complete, but Danny, as the service advisor, always took care of the customer without hesitation.

All staff were courteous and friendly. Not a pressure sale.

I had an air conditioner replaced the service and did a great job. Everything inside was still clean from his work and the unit works perfectly very pleased. Also, the service rider Brad was new to the company. Did a great job. I was able to pick my motorhome up a day earlier he came in on his day off and met with us.
