One suggestion: we have had our unit “winterized/summerized” Several times and there always seems to be something missed during the summarization. How about developing a checklist for the techs that can be given to the customer at time of pickup?

The parts and service department collaborated with Brinkley customer care to get parts sent to the RV resort in another state. This allowed us to have our Brinkley Z3100 repaired in 1 day and we never lost use of our full time home.

Everything was so easy thanks to Kenadie, we knew what camper we wanted since Christmas and thankfully she's been patient while we paid down our old camper.
