I had our rig summarized however they didn’t fill our LP gas and didn’t advise it was empty.
Will need to take a second trip to fill the tank.
Make this normal practice when doing the walk through so the customer and have the option to fill tank.

When I first purchased the Winnabago Meridian at the Messa Arizona location. I was very grumpy with there service department over the missed inspection issues and the lack of repairs before we traveled back to Utah were we reside.
I wrote the negative rating and got a fast response from Mr Andrew Humphrey were we discussed my complaint. I sent him a list of 13 Items that we found on the drive back to Utah.
Andrew told me to schedule an appointment with your Draper Utah location for repairs.
During the two week wait for the appointment we found several additional Items that needed repaired.
At the appointment at the Draper Utah location we were met by Breanna the service writer and the inspector (I did not retain his name) I was very impressed with them.
We went over the Items on the original list and the other items we found.
I received call from Andrew Humphrey a short time latter. Andrew discussed a path forward and his support for the repairs needed at there location and Freightliner repairs.
I realize this is a used RV and expect to do my part. But the repairs needed are some of the basic safety and functionality of this RV.
I am very impressed with Andrey Humphrey and his commitment to help resolve the issues.
Andrew has been great to work with and I commend the best #10 rating for his efforts

My service advisor Nikki is exceptional.
There is one way General RV could improve regarding service. It took over 6 months to get a replacement fuel pump and filter for the Onan generator on my 2024 Thor Sequence 20L. Had this occurred during the prime RV season this would have severely impacted our camping options. That long a delay which effectively eliminated off-grid camping opportunities is unacceptable. Providing a “plan b” that ensures that repairs can be made without violating the warranty should be developed.
