Right from when we first pulled up, Service center, greeted us and was very friendly and polite and helpful. The service center representative was friendly. He walked with me as I showed him our problems. After we left, he kept us updated on the progress on our RV. Everyone did a great job. I want to thank them all for a job well done.

Trevor did an outstanding job managing my service work. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. The most important thing anyone there can do when an owner has their RV in for service is to be an advocate and communicate as much as possible.
Everyone worked very hard to meet our needs for delivering a new Class A. Everyone in sales, parts and service were very knowledgeable and professional! Martin, our salesperson was outstanding with no pressure tactics! He answered all our questions and got the exact coach we wanted! Bud and Chris in Parts were also outstanding, especially with finding solutions and answering a myriad of questions! Chaz, in Service was great to work with and did a nice job teaching us how to use our flat tow system! Anthony and Tammy were outstanding. Anthony went over the whole coach and when we found little things wrong, he got them fixed. Overall, the staff up front were pleasant, courteous, and professional! Everyone we encountered had good attitudes! Overall it was a very good experience buying a Newmar Bay Star 3114 from General RV of Winter Garden!
Staff was helpful and knowledgeable
I needed to get my anti-sway WD hitch adjusted to a new vehicle and TT. I got called quickly to schedule. Then, when I asked to drop off my RV early to get a ride to work though my appointment was in the afternoon, they changed my appointment to the first thing in the morning. My TV/TT were ready by the time I got out of work and it towed home perfectly...No more swaying!
Bought a replacement part for my awning and the person even installed it for me. He's the greatest. Ty
