I loved how all the staff were very kind and welcoming. The facilities/ office/ lounge area is very nice, comfortable and clean. During each part of the process the staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions to ease my mind during the buying process. Thank you to the team for helping me find my dream travel trailer! 1st trip is in the books and I am excited for more. Special thanks to these crew members for helping from start to finish - Raul, Tyson, Toi and Raul from service! You all are the best!!

The technician (Samuel), seemed very knowledgeable. He was very helpful and friendly. The customer service personnel (Lucas) was also very friendly and accommodating after we arrived late to our appointment after having suffered a fender bender on our way there. This is the second time we had serviced our travel trailer there, and have not been disappointed.
I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent overall experience. Folks were courteous and knowledgeable. The fellow who helped me with our back up lights as we were leaving (I hate I didn't get his name) went above and beyond to help us at the end of his day before a holiday.
