The customer service during the warranty period is exceptional. Tracy corresponded by text during the process. When given our travel dates the service department made sure the work was completed on time.
Danny worked closely with us and let us know what was happening. He kept us informed all through the process.

The people and the facilities!
The service department is horrible. They had all week to fix things, they never touched the coach till i showed up to pay. Makes me think I'll never get service at a General RV center. I had to spend an extra night in a hotel. I was told to contact my General Service center next month in Seffner Florida to have the Air Conditioner replaced. Like I said Service is non-existent. Billy Ray our salesmen was excellent.

Fast and had what I wanted
It was a great place to shop class A motorhomes floorplans and the different class A manufactures. Bob Manis was very knowledgable with all the different manufactures and assisting us with the difficult decision of choosing the right Motorhome for us.
Everything was simple and quick.
