Was able to make an appointment the next day via the central appointment center in Michigan. Maryann is amazing and made sure she accommodated us as soon as possible.
Once the appointment was confirmed, we went to General RV the afternoon before our early appointment the next day. They accommodate us with a site we could stay in until the next morning.
Shawn was amazing, very attentive to our questions and concerns. He kept us updated on every aspect of diagnosis to what the next step would be/parts needed and how long it would be before our coach would be ‘road worthy’ again.
Had to wait several days for part due to holidays; however, they accommodated us with a site so we could continue to live in our coach.
Shawn was on holiday vacation, so Katie was our advisor when the part arrived. She is amazing, kept us up-to-date on the status of our coach.

Basil and Toni were amazing. We flew from Ohio initially because we liked the coach we found online in Tampa. Basil was so helpful and nice we made the decision to go down. We bought it because of Basil and the service he provided. It was followed up with Toni and the financing. She helped walk us through everything and explained every detail. We would highly recommend Tampa General RV and Basil and Toni. We would not hesitate to purchase from them again even though we are in Ohio. That kind of catr and service are worth it.

Kevin, our service advisor, was very kind and helpful in answering our questions, of which there were many. He spent over two and a half hours going over every aspect of the vehicle. A RVer himself, he gave us great insight on how to make the most of our new to us vehicle.
