We had some repair needs and we were on a tight time line. Alan Azar had all the repairs scheduled with his own technicians and a couple of outside vendors. I dropped off the motorhome on Tuesday and Alan called early on Thursday morning and informed me that it was ready for pickup.

I want to start off with thanking general rv for reaching out to us in regards to our warranty expiring, with that being said Lori was the one who assisted us. She is so friendly and her communication is the best. It was so easy to get in and out in regards to our warranty. Want to also give a shout out to the two gentleman working the parts section, bought some items on my way out and they were just so down to earth. Will 100% recommend general rv in mount Clemens!

Everything went well. No surprises with the issue I had. Was repaired at a reasonable cost.
