Overall good. It would benefit you to have your folks know the products a little better vs kinda of a script to teach and answer questions a little better. I’m discovering stuff that I asked about but they couldn’t answer. Like where is the prep for an inverter? Cougar web site says it should be there. Am I missing something? How to turn on and off the residential fridge. Kinda simple stuff but was missing. So far we are happy with it even if all we have done is camp in the driveway. Thanks.

My sales person, Grant is a pleasant, polite and professional. He is a good listener and gave great feedback when asked. While touring the different units I would ask a lot of questions. I realize they have to sell many different types of RV’s and don’t know everything about every unit, but I was pleasantly surprised how instead of making up an answer or saying I don’t know, he would google it and check company websites to give me on the spot feedback on what he found without me soliciting him to do it. Even when I initially walked out without buying he was professional and kind. Jim Brandt in Finance was equally as professional and polite and very good at what he does. His ability to explain in detail what every program or product could do without using high pressure tactics for was clear and eye opening.
My overall experience with the sales and finance team was impressive. I live about 90 miles from the dealership and team were cognizant of my needs and time. Their ability to navigate through my concerns and budget constraints helped me and my wife make an informed decision. Overall, I am very happy I bought my RV from General RV in Ocala and should the need arise, buy there again.

Fast response from my service agent, Kayte. I really liked the ability to communicate with her VOA text messages. I also appreciated the pre-inspection where it was determined I needed a new set of tires.

Started with Matt Bartholomew at the Hersey Show, he provided a good service while purchasing a new Grand Design Rv. He continued to communicate throughout the process. Once the unit arrived, there were concerns so Matt ( the other sales manager) assisted us in getting a missing component. Greg the service advisor performed our orientation with professionalism and took the time to answer questions. He even made sure as we were moving items from the old unit to the new one that we had everything we needed. He even had porters assistant in moving our replacement mattress. Angelina in finance was very helpful in obtaining the title so we could take possession of our new unit.
