I have purchased three RVs over the years. The primary thing that truly stood out at General RV included actually being listened to. They of course had to run a checklist here and there, and as I responded with experience, the line of questions stopped. They never once pushed to sale me anything, it was constantly, "Sir what do you need", and they found ways to accommodate. There was never a single moment I felt rushed, pushed, or seemed like I was in the middle of a sales pitch.

Outside of treating me like a human and not a sale, their price was phenomenal. They beat the other two places I was talking too by thousands of dollars. I never disclosed what the other prices where, they just beat them naturally.

Jaqui was my sales Rep, Top Notch!, CJ was my Finance Guy, Top Notch!, Sam walked me through my RV, Top Notch!, and I even met Cam, the GM. Cam was genuinely interested in some of my decisions, not to change my thought process, but to understand where they can meet the customer even better next time.

I will buy from them again, and I am already recommending them to everyone I know who owns an RV.

The service is top notch, the work is top notch and Missy always takes care to do a thorough job explaining what is happening, what needs to be done and what has been done. I always feel good about my service, I don't ever feel like anyone is trying to take me for a ride, it's a great feeling!

We recently had our 2026 Class C RV serviced and were extremely impressed with the level of organization, communication, and workmanship throughout the entire process. From the initial scheduling to the final walkthrough, every step was handled with clarity and professionalism.
The service team ( Lori Greene) coordinated all required maintenance items, inspected areas we hadn’t even considered, and provided clear explanations and recommendations without any pressure. Her attention to detail gave us confidence that our RV was being cared for properly.

The parts department was able to find a part needed for 20 year old motor home and will have it ready for me to pick up within 24 hours!!

Tera has been working hard behind the scenes for months to get our seat for our new RV from
Keystone that were supposed to be installed in the factory. She was great. April our service advisor did a wonderful job to get the seats installed. Great team work.

We had some delivery difficulties but the way General RV responded made the overall experience even better. Its refreshing there are still businesses that care about the customer after the sale.

Buying our rv from General RV was a real pleasure. No high pressure salesmen is a real plus. The man, I think his name was Steven, that went thru our new rv with us to show us all the things we needed to know, was great at doing his job. He knew everything about the rv and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend General Rv to anyone looking for a recreational vehicle.

From the moment I walked in to the showroom, I felt like a VIP. My sales person, Ayden, listened intently to my long list of “wants” for my dream retirement journey which I had dreamed of for years. Then I told him my budget!! It was a big ask, but thru his thorough searching, and a few golf cart trips around the property, he found my perfect dream!! Every box had been ticked. Then I met Phyllis, the Senior Business Manager. She explained so many of my options to keep my dream home safe and protected. She was critical (and very patient), in helping me thru all the paperwork and insurance things that needed to be completed to take my baby home. That girl knows her stuff!! Our next stop was with Kevin who directed all the excitement as I took delivery and finalized everything. He was a very professional young man. Next stop was with an incredibly knowledgeable young man, Patrick. WOW! This guy was so extremely helpful. He took me to my amazingly prepped travel trailer and walked me thru every inch of my new place. He taught me all I would need to know to care properly for her. Sooo many things! He was so patient with all my questions and me video taping all his instructions. The service manager also educated me on so many little tidbits and secrets to help me too. The parts department was fantastic as well. Such smart people there. Special mention goes out to Nolen as well.
But what I loved the most about Ayden, Phyllis, Patrick, Kevin and Nolen and the rest of the employees at General RV has to be their genuine dedication to the customer. Your business is run like a well oiled machine, and you could just tell every employee I encountered genuinely loved their job AND their co-workers. The free pizza and popcorn didn’t hurt either😀. General RV such was an extreme joy to do business with. I highly recommend you consider General RV to help you fulfill your next journey.
