Fast and friendly. Refreshing to have an appointment and actually get things done without dropping off and hearing nothing for weeks like some other large dealer chains. Parts were ordered and a follow up appointment scheduled to complete the job while I wait. Thank you so much for the good old fashioned quality service without any ugly surprises (like I’ve had from some other large dealer chains). The service staff was great and I enjoyed shopping the store while waiting. Keep up the great work and thank you again.

The General RV team worked very hard to make the purchase process go as smooth as possible. We needed to postpone the delivery walk through due to waiting for a 3rd party inspection. They accommodated the inspector and are working to correct his findings.
The walk through tech was awesome and helped so much to make the process fun and not a stressful situation.

(John) was fantastic and took the time to help me feel comfortable with hooking up and trailering our trailer for the first time (helped me set trailer brakes properly, and shared some of his wisdom along the way). Patsy in financing was a real pleasure to get to know and made the process relaxing and comfortable.
