Nikki has always been great. I had to change my original appointment. She quickly responded with a new one.... Answered all my questions and Constantly keeping me updated during the servicing of my unit.
The servicing was promptly completed, the technicians were very professional and knowledgeable.
Nikki made sure I was satisfied with the work.
She is a great seevice rep.

Everyone tries really hard to take care of their costumers but they need more help in service. Why can’t General RV keep people working there. Ever time I come in the people I delt with are no longer there. I know it is hard to get anyone to work these days. You have the best camper dealership I have ever been in and I have been in a lot of them. I know the campers are not built good anymore I have a new camper and I keep you busy do warranty work on it. And everyone l talk to has the same problem no matter what make it is So thanks for all you try to do.
