She is someone who is truly honest tells it like it is and has a very obvious great rapport with the people she works with the brand new camper that we’ve purchased. That’s been in there three times now for warranty service that’s kind of sad but not their fault

Roy Watts in the parts department was very helpful and went out of his way to assist us with ordering keys for our travel trailer that we misplaced. When I called General RV initially, the individual I spoke with basically told us that because the trailer was new, there were likely no key codes and the only thing we could do was take out the lock from the storage compartment and bring it in. Roy emailed us, looked up our sale info, obtained the vehicle number and placed an order for us for new keys.

2 years ago I purchased a used travel camper with no issues and when I need something the store seems to have it. So all is good.

I worked Service for 48 years and I can tell you that the Service advisor Ken, and Tina in parts were great. Went over and beyond to help me with my tire and wheel issue. Thanks again we made it home safe in Ohio.

Everything went smooth from the install of the Blue Ox tow bat system on our Jeep Gladiator to the demonstration ! And we even had the first oil change done on our C-Class
