The advisor and the technician were both very helpful. They both gave left a very positive impression. They took the extra step to resolve the issue I had with my hitch assembly.
If I ever have a problem again, I would consider the extra drive to them rather then going to the Wixom location which is much closer to me.

We had an issue storing our RV on a Friday. We had an appointment with General RV on a Monday and they agreed to take us early so that we had a place to go. They were very accommodating. The work they did on our RV was done quickly and done well.

Its my second rvive got there in birch run. Two different sales people but always a good experience. Mark was great but we had exceptional cerminstances we just had our house burn down and we traded a 33’ tag trailer for a beautiful 36 ft ceder creek fifth wheel i couldntbe more happy with the camper but management pushed Mark and ys to get it done because it was memorial day weekend. But all in all we are very very happy with our experience with general rv !!!!!!
