Delivery with belongings transfer should not be scheduled to start at 2:00 pm. There is no way you can completed the walk through, correction for any issues found and complete transfer of stuff by closing time.

Service was done when they said it would be and everything was completed. Price was good too.
I would recommend General RV for service. Plus the location was easy to get to without traffic issues.

The staff at General RV, Elizabethtown were very courteous and helpful. They got the work done efficiently and had me out of there in no time. The building was new and very clean with a comfortable waiting area. They did a full walk around of my trailer and came to me with some recommended service items to address any issues they found but weren't pushy about getting them done. I will definitely use them again in the future.

What did you like about your experience with General RV?

Amanda and the rest of the team that greeted us and helped us pickup our new trailer were amazing. There was very low pressure to buy stuff we did not want/ need. The explanations and walkthroughs were great and they answered all our questions. The financing was smooth too. We will most certainly come back when we are ready to upgrade or buy again.
