We walked into General RV in West Chester and was greeted right away and asked what we looking for and got a sales rep right away. Our sales rep was Todd Armstrong,he was wonderful. Ask what we wanted which was a towable RV. He took us out and showed us many different variety and was very informative on them. We were informed that they had some used one and we came back another day and looked at them. Todd did a great job showing us 5 different ones till we found the one that we wanted.
Financing was a breeze, Angel did a fantastic job getting that done.
When we picked it up Jen did a great job explaining the Camper and how it works.
So over all all the associates at General RV were very helpful.
I will recommend General RV to all my family and friends and most of all to see Todd Armstrong.
We purchase our RV at GRV in Ohio where we live. While traveling our AC unit broke. We had to go through Jacksonville so we went to the service dept at GRV in Jax.
We couldn't have been more pleased. Our service manager Terrence Blount went above and beyond to get us back on the road again asap! They replaced our AC unit in record time and got us back without missing any vacation days.
We've had other RV's purchased from the other big name company but purchased our last two (2) from GRV and will buy again on our future needs. Once again Mr. Blount is the best!
