Service support staff (Nikki) is very easy to work with, helpful and makes sure the work I need gets done well.

The parts department (Jennifer) was super friendly and quickly helped me identify a door bracket to order from Winnebago.

The people were friendly. The financial guy Chris Hall was excellent. The salesman Greg Green did a good job and both were honest and upfront on the details. The delivery man was excellent too. Even helped us set up and advised us on things we didn’t know about. Overall great process.

The RV had a slide out problem which was fixed and the communication from the service guy Greg was very helpful and informative
It did take a while to get the approval and then for the parts to come in but it was over the holidays
I look forward to my next trip and hopefully we have no further issues
