Our walk though and demo was great and very thorough. They explained everything so well and answered any and all of our questions and took care of everything. The delivery coordinator was so nice and welcoming and the business manager was very thorough with all of our paperwork and coverage options!

There was an error upon delivery. We were being walked down on a trailer that did not match the one we put money down on. Luckily my wife had taken pictures of the stock number of the correct trailer as proof they brought out the wrong one. Amazingly the correct trailer was still there. All the paperwork was corrected to reflect the correct trailer and V.I.N. Big thank you to Maria for making it right. 7 plus hours later we drove out happy campers. LOL.

We really appreciated the technician looking at our 5th wheel on the same day. The porter was really helpful also. We are from MI and we needed service asap because our gray tank was not emptying. They said the tanks were marked in correctly so now we know what to do. Store is very pet friendly and a lot of things to pick from. Thank you for getting us in asap.

From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left was a great experience!!! Being greeted at the door with a welcoming smile and a “can I help you “ was the start. Then things got even better, Karen at the parts service counter looked at my shopping list, smiled and said let’s get a basket. She went up and down the aisles with me and made sure I got everything I needed. AND SHE DID IT ALL WITH A SMILE!!! Then when I needed to see Ben she contacted him and they both took amazing care of addressing my questions and parts needs. Wow!!! Great experience!!!
