They went above and beyond my expectations. I broke down a little ways from them and Thomas (service mgr) greeted me as soon as I walked in and had Jason write me up and was amazing (good luck on your hip replacement) immediately got my trailer in an inspection bay and had the situation diagnosed and immediate too. The whole axle assembly had to be replaced and it built and they picked it up from the manufacturer 45 minutes each way. I was back on the road the next day and was able to keep to my trip schedule. I really can’t begin to thank you enough for the great service.

But securing the large residential refrigerator has not been fixed or redesigned to work. It is a Grand Design problem and General RV needs to inform and report the Bad design of these 12 volt residential refrigerator.

They were great to help me buy my RV 7 years ago. The service department tries to get me in and out as soon as possible. The only regret is that it takes 2 and 1/2 weeks to have service this time of the year. Is it possible to hire more mechanics?
I thought it was above and beyond the call of duty that they perservered with my pop up camper even though they usually don't work on them. It sounded like quite the project. They took on the job and figured out how to complete it! I was impressed with their diligence and commitment.

Tough to find anyone that wants to work on my van that I did not purchase from. Appointment scheduling was quick. Service representative at facility was great. Time at facility was exactly the amount of time service representative told me it would take. Waiting room was comfortable, lots of drinks/snacks. Excellent job !

Always been treated with respect. They are very thorough when it comes to explaining things that you need to keep up with. Communication with my service advisor is very good and she goes out of her way to make sure things are taken care of properly.
