Our salesman Don was very pleasant and professional in the process. Hats off to him. Overall we have had very good experiences with Wayland General RV in the past few years. However, in the interest of constructive criticism I will bring up a couple of points. 1) The orientation. While Matthew was very cordial he was not very knowledgeable about our RV. He pointed out how to turn on lights, the AC units, all the storage space, etc. But many of the questions we had he said he wasn't familiar with or were probably in the manual. Some study time would be in order. 2) When we got home we discovered that several of the "soft close" cabinet doors do not "soft close" because a plastic insert in the hinge is missing. This should have been corrected before the closing. If you would send us the hinges, 8 in all, I will replace them myself. 3) The closing process seemed rather laborious, too many people involved. It could be streamlined. Nevertheless, overall we have had a good experience with General RV Wayland over the past few years. Keep in mind this evaluation is meant to be constructive not critical.

Friendly, respectable service, comfortable atmosphere in the show room.Was not happy with components of the RV not in working order, stained toilet, and dents on the body in several locations. A lot of money for something that’s supposed to be brand new.
Randy was especially friendly, knowledgeable and their parts dept. had all the “extras” we wanted on hand. Even though there was a mix up on pick up time, they made arrangements and stuck are to put the extra cameras on before they left
Service was very efficient. Tech diagnosed my issue, part was ordered and when I returned, I part was installed and I was on my way in 30 min. Service manager Amanda was very efficient. I really enjoyed working with her and tech Chris.
Salesman, Rick Furtney was the absolute best! Patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions even when he was off golfing!😃
