I am impressed how General RV truly cares about the customer's experience. Buying a used camper is usually worrisome. The fact that General RV fully goes over the camper and fixes any issues before letting it leave is something you don't see often, especially at their own expense. Not only was the service great, they beat the price of competitors by a landslide. So far I'm very happy we bought from General RV!
Steve Morrison (service advisor) was very thorough, and listened to what I had to say. It was evident that he wanted to provide the techs with the best information possible to get the issue resolved. The front desk person (Cathy?) was also very helpful and personable. I really appreciated that with a leak I got in quickly, and super liked that they found and sealed the leaks.

Employees are all genuinely concerned about guests. If they cannot help you, they will find someone for you. Seems that all the employees have a stake in the business, and are willing to do what is required to make the business successful and thrive.
Everyone we dealt with was great! Very helpful and personable. They give you honest answers not just want you want to hear! Erika, LeRoy and Brian were with us every step of the way. They were very thorough with the walk thru and fixes. They don't leave you sitting in a waiting room for hours on end like some other places. Frequent updates and progress reports. And they were not pushy with the add ons and camping gadgets.
