I feel like they're honest and fair and just trying to help

Everyone there at the West Chester facility was very nice and helpful. Tia who was my sales person was very responsive for the initial sale and Will Moore was also responsive for the follow up warranty repair work.

On the unsatisfactory side, it appeared to me that PDI was not actually completed on my Ekko 23B. I found several issues that should've been caught if a real PDI was done. Not related to General RV, so far not impressed with the quality of the Ekko build. Drove it across the country to return home and found that the roof has water leaks in in 2 separate locations along with the other items listed on my service record.

Very attentive and detailed response to my service request. Charges laid out plainly in advance prior to authorization of device.

This location is very reliable about starting work quickly after drop off, and finishing quickly.

The service department did a great job. We came in toward the end of a 7 week trip with one tire that was 1/3 bald and another that had thrown it's tread. Alissa went above and beyond the call, working with the technicians and others to get the problems resolved. We ended up with 4 new leaf springs, 4 new tires, and newly-welded axle bracket. After a few days they had us on our way. A very friendly, helpful, and professional staff.

Had the hitch I needed in stock and ready for pick up when I arrived. Friendly and helpful!

My expectations were exceeded by the team at General RV in Wayland. I needed some warranty work done on my 2025 Ekko and the team was excellent at explaining the process, keeping us updated and getting the issues fixed. Mike on the service side was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process.

Thanks - will be back (but hopefully not too soon) and the next time I buy - it will be from General RV!

Dave Bennet was awesome this is our 4th rig from him.

I worked with Sara. She was able to get our trailer in the same day since our trailer’s fridge has just went out. She also did extra research on our extended warranty where we could get reimbursed for food lost. I appreciated her going the extra mile.

I felt the entire staff took their time to explain everything to us and to make us feel very special! I have always been comfortable with my purchases at general rv; this is what I bought my second rv from this dealer.
