My experience was awesome. My salesman Allan was very knowledgeable and he was so welcoming. He made the the experience of trading in our previous Rv to purchasing our new one easy. I would be sending family and friends to him if they want to purchase a Rv. Trey in finance was awesome he is knowledgeable and has good hospitality. He made the last part very easy for us to get the final paperwork done. We also went on our first trip and we had an issue with the RV and Trey was available. Me and my wife was looking and went to other dealerships but you all have our business for life.

The person doing the demo walk-thru was thorough and extremely helpful. He also helped me to purchase things I felt necessary in the store, and installed my bug cover. The finance manager was absolutely wonderful as well.

I was able to get in quickly. Nick, the service advisor, was very friendly and professional, easy to communicate with, made sure all my concerns were noted on the work order and kept me updated during my repair. Nice waiting area with coffee and water. Clean restrooms.
One item needs to be ordered to complete my repairs, but everything else was taken care of while I waited. Nobody likes to come in for repairs, but when you make the experience as positive as possible, it really helps a lot. Thank you!
