I was impressed with Warren Brown’s professionalism and communication. Our coach was in service for 3 weeks to repair issues that were supposedly taken care of by a major RV dealership outside of Atlanta.
He was very patient with a particular problem dealing with the comfort steer issue. I provided him detailed information from Spartan, which which allowed Joe to do some troubleshooting and take different steps than he had before.

Hello, I am very glad to be sending this survey because my experience with General RV this past Monday was absolutely fantastic. Firstly, the competence of the RV technicians is incredible with the info they assessed and repaired. As per the paperwork, the diagnosis was completed by Tom Wilson, and much of the work was done by Robert Redd, who I saw when leaving and had the opportunity to thank him in person. And it seems that the shop manager, I think his name is Josh, also worked on my RV, and I had a chance to thank him as well. Also, Bonnie Benard, the Service Advisor, was so knowledgeable; she was incredibly patient and helpful in explaining the process and in keeping me informed; thank you! Again, I am not only so impressed with the work, but also the caring of everyone. It seems that a part for battery alternator needed to be ordered, and in spite of time restriction, Bonnie, the service advisor, with the help of others, made this happen, even though it was late. And my RV is working great after the repairs. Overall, I have the highest regard for General RV, in light of their competence, integrity and caring. I will likely be back in the Tampa/Dover area in the future, and will take my RV there of course for any issue. I also highly recommend them to anyone seeking RV services. Thank you all! Kaitlyn was and has been a fabulous help and support for me. She keeps me informed and always does what benefits me. She answer ALL my multiple questions in such an informed and understandable way. I just LOVE working with her.
Also Mike (former service mechanic) popped by and made me feel so important and respected.
Both Kaitlyn and Mike are such fantastic assets for General RV. If I was their boss, I would make sure financially they are compensated to match their worth.

OUr Saleman, Dylan was very attentive and sincere. He worked with us to find the perfect travel trailer. He also advocated with hsi managers to get us a fair trade.

Both Dan and Mo kept us informed every step of the way and returned calls promptly. David is an expert trainer and was exactly what we needed at first time rv owners. Fantastic experience absolutely took care of me
After making an appointment to get my camper fixed, I was greeted by Olivia, who took my concerns seriously and explained the steps needed to complete the work. When I had questions, she got back to me promptly and even sent pictures to explain what she was talking about, She is an asset to the company. The work was completed and so far everything is working as it should. General RV has always been prompt courteous, and the craftsmanship in the repairs has always been top-notch.
